This is ny go to starbucks during the week, great staff. AVOID at all costs on the weekend unless you have 30 minutes to sit and wait. They werent even busy, i mobile ordered, there were two cars in front of me in the drive thru, and just a few cars in the parking lot. No exaggerating it took me 20 min from the order speaker to get my order. The first car at the window, after 15 minutes got 1 drink!!! The car in front of me got 3 iced drinks if you count the trenta ice water. They were just standing atound inside when i got to the window and at this point they had a drive thru line wrapping around the building, and they were just standing around!!!

They have gotten my order wrong many times and I gave them another chance today and I regretted it. I ordered 2 vanilla protein lattes and they gave me them iced and without the toppings. So they remade them and what I received was some nasty chunky thick drink I could barely consume. I think they purposely sabotage your drink when you ask them to remake it. Total disappointment. Really gross experience. Always something with this location. Coffee is too expensive to be buying something I have to force down my throat. Please take my advice and go to a different location entirely or not a Starbucks at all. Dunkin has never done me like this…

The people at this location are nice, but they are sooo stingy w/ their drinks that are ordered w/ less ice; It’s a tiring conversation I have w/ them. And it’s only at this location. It’s not worth the bad mood- I suggest literally any other Starbucks in the area, truly.

From a product and service standpoint this location doesn't do anything much different than most other Starbucks, but the seating area is really lovely. Plenty of leather seats and benches, very tastefully decorated and an extremely comfortable place to relax, have a beverage, catch up on some work, or chat with a friend.

My husband and me ordered two ice Pumpkin Cream Chai with Pumpkin cold foam. 💯 recommend.
I drive further to go to this location for the in-store environment. Large sitting area and the staff are always very friendly.

Great location! I dig the layout of this Starbucks. The inside is a gorgeous space. Clean & Chill with some decent music playing. The baristas were chill, cute & had great attitudes attached to their friendly smiles.
I've never had a Carmel ribbon crunch Frappuccino where I didn't have to ask for lite ice and this place did it without me asking and they did it perfectly!! This is the best store I've been to as far as looks, service and atmosphere oh and let's not forget the quality of food and drink!!!
