It’s a really nice Starbucks and the staff is reasonably nice. However, the service is ridiculously slow. We’ve had to change our entire routine that drives further out of the way to a different Starbucks because it’s still faster than coming here. Online orders take anywhere from 15-20 minutes plus. Sometimes more. And there’s no rhyme or reason the order in which the drinks come out. Trust me, I had plenty of time to watch.

they don't have the toasted white chocolate mocha anymore as part of their seasonal drinks for the holidays :( but i heard there are some alternate ways to order. Peter one of the baristas was so helpful and gave excellent service and i hope this is seen by managers so he is recognized for his hard work and service!

As the drinks were good the employees were awful. We walked up to the counter and was looking at the menu when the lady taking our order i think her name was sayriah asked what we wanted didn’t look at us atall i said us? she stared/glared at us and said uhhh yeah? i said one second please we weren’t standing at the register mind you. We took another 45 seconds and walked up she walked away for 3 minutes and just kept walking around . The other lady that was a barista making coffee came over to take our order . She had a great attitude and was very kind. I do not recommend this location unless you want attitude. I always give people the benefit of the doubt thinking she had a bad day but you do not treat costumers with that kind of attitude. I will NOT be returning to this location.

Asked for lite ice and they watered down my americano so much now it's garbage. I can't believe I tip or give these people my money at all. I'm never coming back thanks for the horrible experience and hard earned money.
