Made me buy something to get my cup of ice when I had already purchased coffee.

Customer Service is mediocre and they tend to never make my drinks right. I don’t know what’s different about this location, but the drinks never taste the same as other locations I go to, and they couldn’t care less. I normally ask if they can remake my drink, only have done that a couple of times actually, and each time I’ve asked, there’s no smile, no sorry, no nothing. They just grab my drink and have the barista remake it. This last time I just asked for my money back, and again they couldn’t have cared less. I’ve fully given up on this location.

Incompetent staff gave me incorrect coffee at drive thru window. I called them to let them know they made a mistake and they hung up on me. Super easy order too what a shame. Had to go to another store to get it replaced as i was on my way to work. Avoid this store for a while until they get their act together.

I visited here for lunch after a doctor appointment. The service was great, in fact the barista who served me was very knowledgeable about their web site when I needed assistance. She was super friendly. My green tea latte was excellent and so was my Impossible sandwich. It is quite busy during lunch hour. I would definitely go here again.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I ordered a customized coffee for $4.94 & was later told that they didn't have one of the main ingredients. They asked if I'd like another drink & I asked for the Oleato Shaken express which costs $7.45. They insisted I pay the difference, instead of apologizing and offering to cover the drink, which was fine. But then I was told that the balance due was $4.02. When I explained that the difference should have been only $2.51, one of the girls said yes but your drink had tax and we don't do the math here the computer does it. When I asked why couldn't I just get the drink for free as an exchange, the lady says "it doesn't work that way".

I think it's pretty unfortunate the one, they were unapologetic & not kind at all & that they can't do simple math. There were several people waiting, and $4 is worth the cost to make people wait for an extended period & not just do a simple exchange?

Out of all the employees, only one had a smile on her face that worked the drive through-the rest looked pretty miserable. They all have a pretty nice job-they shouldn't take their frustration out on customers. Will not be a repeat customer, the one on 7th & Osborn is way more efficient & the employees there are happy!

This is my go to Starbucks it’s close to my work usually no issues. But yesterday and today Starbucks has dropped the ball I get my usual iced hazelnut oat milk shaken espresso 5 pumps hazelnut and 1 pump brown sugar never had issues until yesterday and today. When I received my drink it was bland no syrups added when I went back to the drive through they told me they started doing half pumps instead of the full and on the app I had to double it and get charged double that’s crazy that they are doing this at this location scamming people to be charged more in the app hopefully this is not company wide

Hate to give 3 stars it’s not for the quality it’s because Saturday & Sunday your closed… not knowing today wanted to meet two others for coffee and visit and your closed both days… not good for all the foot traffic and activity at Park Central… four other people walked up at the same time as I did to try and go inside…if this continues Starbucks should lease out to a local coffee shop to take over … I’m sure this will change

The baristas at the Central location are always friendly and attentive! Functional outlets at the communal table. Great place to work from.Side note: Parking is now timed (2hours) and monitored. Signs are posted but not obvious.

The staff was great. The location isn’t conductive to any type of work. The electrical outlets were covered except for one table in the corner which was filled with homeless people sleeping.

Fine product, but some of the worst and non-existent customer service. Last time I went in they gave me expired yogurt, to which it took me 3 people and an interrogation for me to get an exact refund, not a full order refund as I requested for the overall treatment and inconvenience. Came back with cool warm drinks and melted ice in iced drink by the time a simple issue was resolved.
