I had such a great experience at this Starbucks this morning! The barista this morning was so kind, friendly, fast and made my drink perfectly just how I like it without me having to bring it back. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name but she has been working at this location for a long time now she works in the mornings she has glasses and long hair. I just hope she gets the recognition she deserves cause she’s amazing!

I never write reviews that often but this Starbucks specifically was the worst! This bald white man came up to me while I was waiting for my drink minding my business and he came out of nowhere and was asking what I order and he kept trying to make conversation with me and he was annoying and he kept making me uncomfortable. He kept asking questions that weren’t even related to Starbucks which made me feel more unsafe. I just wanted to get my coffee and go on about my day. This Starbucks is so weird I will never come here again.

A group of people had been waiting in line since 3am for the new collection specifically for the Bearista Glass cup and the employee with long black hair, extremely short bangs and glasses walked in grabbed it along with a few other items and hid them in the back. When I pointed out to the girl with the Afro that we’ve been waiting in line, it’s not right and she didn’t even pay for the items she just hid them in the back, she lied when all the people who were standing outside in line seen what happened. It’s upsetting that employees could do this when they shouldn’t be shopping on the clock.

Nice venue. Everyone is kind & polite, but the coffee is the worst here. I always order blonde espresso shots, but the coffee often tastes old and burnt. I have to have them remake my drink every other time I go. They are kind enough about it, but it remains inconvenient. This is the only location that I have this issue. I recommend going to any other local coffee shop than this specific Starbucks location. Very disappointing 😞

The Atmosphere Is Cozy But Yesterday One Of The Staff Seemed To Have An Attitude After I Stated That It Wasn't The Drink I Ordered The Person Who Took The Order After I Asked For Everything Specifically The Way I Like It & Even After Remaking The Still Messed Up This Is The Second Time I Went & Now ONLY Times I'm Ever Going When I Ask For No Dairy They Still Put It After Telling Them Multiple Times I'm Lactose & Made Me Very Sick Everytime I Gotten A Drink From There !!

Was on a business trip and this Starbucks was close to the hotel. All orders were made via the mobile app. It took about 10-15 min to arrive, and the food and beverages were always ready upon our arrival. I had to take off a star because on one morning, both my and my travel companion's drinks tasted like they were made with fish water (e.g. if you were to eat some catfish and immediately drink water). The drinks had both the taste and the smell. Not sure what would have caused it, but half way to the office, had to discard the drinks and repurchase from a different store. I come to Starbucks for the consistency of drinks...that one was a swing and a miss.

This place is very unprofessional. There were 5 workers behind the counter and none of them were attending to customers at the registers. I’ve worked at Starbucks before and there should always be someone attending customers at the registers. ESPECIALLY when they are fully staffed, as they were today. We waited over 5 minutes and none of the employees made eye contact or came up to the register to take our order, so we left. Very unsatisfied with my experience, will not be returning.

The Starbucks at Central & Earll has quickly become my go-to favorite. It’s clean, bright, modern without feeling cold, and genuinely cozy in that “I could sit here for hours and rethink my entire life over a latte” kind of way. The vibe is hip without trying too hard—natural light pouring in, local art vibes on the walls, and just enough distance between tables to pretend you’re working on your novel while eavesdropping on a first date.
The staff? Super friendly. Like, remember-your-name, ask-how-your-day-was friendly. Orders are (almost) always spot-on, and if they’re not, they’ll fix it with zero drama and a smile. We love an efficient queen.
Whether I’m running in for a quick cold brew or camping out with my laptop and headphones, this place hits the mark every single time. And yes, I took photos, because aesthetic matters, and this café has it down.
10/10, will return. Probably tomorrow. And the day after that.
