I wanted to make a quick stop to use the bathroom, and got denied to use the bathroom because I wasn’t going to buy anything. I said “can I get the code to your bathroom?” The employee states “are you going to purchase anything?” I responded “saying no” and the reply was “I’m sorry I can’t give it to you then”. I was completely shocked I understood if it’s a “walker” or homeless person, someone causing a disturbance to deny them. Makes me wonder if that same rule was applied to the door dasher or uber eats driver who’s only picking up.

Steph is just amazing. I saw the way she was interacting with her coworkers and customers and just felt her energy. She did something for me on a hard day while I had my little one on my way to pick up my husband for the doctors office and I didn’t make my coffee this morning which is why I was there in the first place. I got a pumpkin loaf and I told her how much I used to love these back in my Starbucks days 20 years ago. I told her we used to put butter on them before putting them into the oven and sometimes I ramble and I get people are busy but Steph was listening. She made my load just as i remembered. I have a hard time doing things for me these days and life has been crazy so it’s not wonder why something so small made my eyes water. Thank you Steph and I hope this finds you one day. You made a difference. Thank you!!!

9am on a Tuesday and the only available hot coffee is a very burnt Pike Place. I will but be returning to this location. 3 stars, because drive thru was efficient and friendly.

Today I stopped at the Starbucks on thunderbird and 7th st. The temp outside is 105 degrees. I'm waiting on the bus and start to feel not so great. So I come inside for a cup of water which is a courtesy at any establishment in PHOENIX AZ. Yet I was told NO. Unless I made a purchase. I don't understand how a place can charge over ten dollars for a cup of coffee. Yet can't give someone a cup of water... SHAME ON YOU STARBUCKS.

Literally my fav Starbucks! The staff is so kind and nice and the drinks are always perfect.
Didn’t have a pleasant experience with the drive thru person or whatever. Asked for a simple discard of a Starbucks cup which was empty and they insisted they cannot “touch” or take back anything from drive thru. Which maybe a policy I get it, but terribly rude behavior which could’ve been communicated nicely. Won’t be using this store again. Thanks!

Is it typical to ask someone to pull forward when waiting for just one drink? It’s happened to me at this store twice now and it seems to be on purpose as some form of weird Starbucks punishment? Camella is so so rude. One time unrelated to these incidents she goes “see ya!!” In a very condescending way but I was still waiting on a drink and once she handed it to me I asked if she was ok and she goes “yep!! Bye!!!!” Soooo overtly rude, for no reason at all. Today I had to ask for the name of the manager because I need to know is this experience typical? I avoid this Starbucks because the people here are awful 😞 ask someone to pull forward if they are waiting on more than one item… If it only takes literally 20 seconds to pour the drink they do not need to pull forward? What is going on at this store???? *** edited to add, they were not busy either time they asked me to pull forward

I ordered sweet cream cold brew and this is the ONLY Starbucks I've been to were it looked like a mixed latee. Every other place it's separated with the cold brew on the bottom and the cream on top. They remade it and it looked the same as the first. Pretty disappointed!
