I’m a regular at this Starbucks. A-lot of times in the morning there is a man taking orders at the drive-through that talks like he works at an auction house and has marbles in his mouth. I have repeatedly told him I do not understand him and he answers back in the same way, refusing to communicate in a way that can be understood. Several mornings I have heard the car in front of me and/or the car behind me doing the exact same thing with him.
Your job is to communicate and yet you refuse to effectively do that. It’s not that he doesn’t know it’s an issue because repeatedly people have said they cannot understand him. My question is why does management allow this? You have someone that is not effectively communicating with customers in taking orders and yet you do nothing about it. You do not coach him or even put him in a different position. If you want to talk like that, then go work at an auction house and take the marbles out of your mouth but if you want to work in customer service then engage with people in a way that can be understood. Effective communication what a thought.
The morning crew and specifically Hillary at this location are amazing. My husband and I have always been greeted with a smile and genuine conversation. Not to mention they pump those drink out!

They usually make my drinks better than the Starbucks drive thru location in the same parking lot. Only complaint is that often times there’s nobody at the counter to help for a good 5+ minutes so you have to tell a fry’s employee to call them up

It’s Starbucks. C’mon now Starbucks is just freaking awesome all the time. I have recently discovered their new Oatmilk coffee with lots of espresso. Very very very yummy and definitely a WAKE UP beverage!!

Great overall location. The baristas make great drinks and are always happy to help customize and make perfect for you. The only issue I have is the parking lot. The drive thru makes it impossible to park anywhere, and many times I have just left amd gone elsewhere. People need to learn to order ahead and park to go in, it would help this spot tremendously.
Parking: During peak times, people forgo ordering ahead and will instead opt for the drive thru. It creates an extended line that runs through the tight parking lot and makes it impossible to park anywhere without being blocked in for 5-10 minutes.

Hillary came to my rescue and used her sixth sense to tell that I was unhappy with the way my drink was made. I’m super impressed by this, therefore, this Starbucks kicks @*$$!

The Starbucks in this frys lacks customer service. Rude and unfriendly. They seem like they hate being there and are always snarky. Idk if it’s their first job but they need training. It’s not like it’s fast food.

So I was sitting at the intersection waiting to turn into the Starbucks and when I did one of your employees named, Hillary noticed me pulling in and already had my coffee poured and was waiting for me. The service at the store is amazing and so is Hillary’s eyesight, apparently! Lol!

Never had a Starbucks be so consistently late with my mobile orders or take so long with in store orders. They have seemed short staffed/inexperienced since they opened. Maybe hire more folks or provide additional training?
