I stop by the drive thru at this location on my way into work a few times a month (yes, sometimes a few times a week!). The staff is consistently friendly, regardless who is at the window. They also get the orders out quick, even during busy morning rush hour. This isn't always the case at other locations. This is by far one of the best Starbuck's I've been to in terms of service and efficiency.

This is the best Starbucks!! They have the best music, employees, and excellent service. I get so much work done here because it is comfortable. My favorite place!

Meant to share this last week. But I came in for my birthday and grabbed a coffee before work. Staff were amazing and made me feel special, even just over a quick coffee. As I worked in the hospitality industry, I had to share what the barista did (she had colored hair, sadly didn’t get her name). A simple, thoughtful, and kind gesture to recognize my birthday. She and the team wished me happy birthday on my way out.

The drive-thru experience this morning (6:45–7:00 AM) was frustrating. I was polite, but the employee was intentionally difficult—intentionally pretending to mishearing or repeating my order incorrectly multiple times.NO TRAFFIC FYI. I clearly said “cold brew, no ice” and got “lots of ice” three times. Asked for 2 sugar-free and 2 caramel pumps—she kept repeating the opposite. Ordered a Nitro with horchata, and she kept saying “chocolate pumps” until she said horchata with a tone. I’m always respectful and tip well, but this location consistently has issues with the drive through people. Its always a tone, if you hate what you are doing then switch jobs. Or get off your power trip. I just want coffee. Please do better.

This particular location is literally across the street from my apartment complex and I can’t tell you how incredibly convenient that is. I’m always grateful that this particular location is open a little later than some of the other surrounding Starbucks in the valley. Today I had my first White Mocha Frappuccino decaffeinated style, and apparently that means a vanilla milkshake because that’s how it tasted and looked. It was actually pretty good. I would not hesitate to get it again. As always met with a smile by the person taking my order and ringing me up. They are always very professional at this location and never received a bad attitude from any of them.

This is unacceptable. Where is the American flag?

The person on cold bar dropped a drink at 10:15 on 5/31 and proceeded to clean up the mess and the store but not put anyone else on cold bar. Waited over 30 minutes for an iced black tea as they cleaned it up and no one adapted. Unacceptable.

I love this Starbucks location! The baristas are super friendly and always get my order right. Cozy spot to get some work done.
