I go to this Starbucks 4/7 days a week. Lately my latte has been mostly foam. Today I asked them to remake it because I paid for a Grande and it felt half gone. I got my new one and it still had 3 inches of foam. I didn’t want to hold up the drive through anymore for another remake so I left. I will not be going to this location again. No use in paying for a grande when I only get half of a drink.

Absolutely ridiculous that they closed this location down to have a meeting and only putting up a tiny printed sign saying they were close for dine in and forcing allllll the traffic through the drive thru. I come here every single morning because it’s the fastest location around and to shut down the dine in section to hold a meeting on a Sunday morning is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. I’ll be wording from a different location from now on since I’m now 30 minutes late for work even tho I placed online for pickup in store to not cause any delays in my day.

Hate to do this but honestly it’s been consistent each time I’ve had to go through the drive thru. I’ve only been here a handful of times and it’s truly just out of convenience otherwise I’d just go to my regular Starbucks but the attitude and way that the person takes the order is always so bored or more annoyed to have to do her job is just disappointing. I’m hoping someone reviews this and they can get an attitude check or maybe come to the realization that the stick should be removed from sphincter before clocking into her shift.

Just went thru the drive thru, ordered a latte, then waited at the window for SEVEN MINUTES without anyone coming to the window. Drove off. Won't be back to this location.

Ignored by barista because she wanted to finish a conversation with her coworker about how she goes “riding dirty” on her motorcycle after work.

I’ve been at this locations numerous times because it’s conveniently on my way to work but during my last visit I was completely appalled to see the barista Thomas? making out in the parking lot - completely unprofessional. I asked another barista about it but they just shrugged and said his name was Thomas. I didn’t bother talking to the store manager because she obviously wasn’t around, as usual. What is going on in this place!

Got here at 5 am when they open. Employees arrive at the last minute, they must hate their jobs. I'm the only customer and they need a name for my drip Coffee with cream. The lady at the register takes my order and then turns her back on me and goes away. There's 5 employees behind the counter and none of them take a minute to pour me a drip coffee. When one of the people (the busy one, manning the drive thru) finally gets my drink. Did she say my name????? No, I'm the only customer here! There's five of you and no one wants to work. How long does it take to pour one coffee? Do you really need a name when i'm the only customer?I've got to learn to make my own good coffee!!!!!!
