Starbucks

Meant to share this last week. But I came in for my birthday and grabbed a coffee before work. Staff were amazing and made me feel special, even just over a quick coffee. As I worked in the hospitality industry, I had to share what the barista did (she had colored hair, sadly didn’t get her name). A simple, thoughtful, and kind gesture to recognize my birthday. She and the team wished me happy birthday on my way out.

Josh was awesome. He went above and beyond. Felt like we were drinking coffee in the comfort of our own home.

The drive-thru experience this morning (6:45–7:00 AM) was frustrating. I was polite, but the employee was intentionally difficult—intentionally pretending to mishearing or repeating my order incorrectly multiple times.NO TRAFFIC FYI. I clearly said “cold brew, no ice” and got “lots of ice” three times. Asked for 2 sugar-free and 2 caramel pumps—she kept repeating the opposite. Ordered a Nitro with horchata, and she kept saying “chocolate pumps” until she said horchata with a tone. I’m always respectful and tip well, but this location consistently has issues with the drive through people. Its always a tone, if you hate what you are doing then switch jobs. Or get off your power trip. I just want coffee. Please do better.

This particular location is literally across the street from my apartment complex and I can’t tell you how incredibly convenient that is. I’m always grateful that this particular location is open a little later than some of the other surrounding Starbucks in the valley. Today I had my first White Mocha Frappuccino decaffeinated style, and apparently that means a vanilla milkshake because that’s how it tasted and looked. It was actually pretty good. I would not hesitate to get it again. As always met with a smile by the person taking my order and ringing me up. They are always very professional at this location and never received a bad attitude from any of them.

This is unacceptable. Where is the American flag?

The person on cold bar dropped a drink at 10:15 on 5/31 and proceeded to clean up the mess and the store but not put anyone else on cold bar. Waited over 30 minutes for an iced black tea as they cleaned it up and no one adapted. Unacceptable.

I love this Starbucks location! The baristas are super friendly and always get my order right. Cozy spot to get some work done.

It's a massive chain coffee shop... I find it to be bland and uninteresting. I only go there to get pup cups for my doggo

I go to this Starbucks 4/7 days a week. Lately my latte has been mostly foam. Today I asked them to remake it because I paid for a Grande and it felt half gone. I got my new one and it still had 3 inches of foam. I didn’t want to hold up the drive through anymore for another remake so I left. I will not be going to this location again. No use in paying for a grande when I only get half of a drink.

Absolutely ridiculous that they closed this location down to have a meeting and only putting up a tiny printed sign saying they were close for dine in and forcing allllll the traffic through the drive thru. I come here every single morning because it’s the fastest location around and to shut down the dine in section to hold a meeting on a Sunday morning is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. I’ll be wording from a different location from now on since I’m now 30 minutes late for work even tho I placed online for pickup in store to not cause any delays in my day.

Hate to do this but honestly it’s been consistent each time I’ve had to go through the drive thru. I’ve only been here a handful of times and it’s truly just out of convenience otherwise I’d just go to my regular Starbucks but the attitude and way that the person takes the order is always so bored or more annoyed to have to do her job is just disappointing. I’m hoping someone reviews this and they can get an attitude check or maybe come to the realization that the stick should be removed from sphincter before clocking into her shift.

Good service. Very fast. Drinks were perfect
