Greetings to fellow travelers and Yelpers.This is by far my # 1 location of Starbucks!I refer to it as My HQ. For 4 1/2 years I have met and had discussions with my people.Originally from Baltimore,Md. ; I relocated to this beautiful part of our Nation on December 18, 2018. This location was not open! In factBoston Markets was the previous tenant.Starbucks started from the ground up! Familyfriendly, lots of kids and grandparents.This morning, I met with one of pastors at my New Church. Pillar Church. 2 Shout Outs, one To pastor Preston Morrison and the other Shout Out to Dr.Phil Goldsberry. Pastor Morrison is very Animated , Bright, Articulate and knows the Word of God. Dr. Phil is a connector of People!I spent an hour with him and he had an Associate contact me. In fact I received an email from Jeff Daigle. Who I introduced myself to this past weekend. Jeff took 90 minutes out of hi as busy schedule to meet meStarbucks is Always busy! The Barista's know how and what I drink . We know each other by name. Feels like my Home away from home.Pictures to follow. You could not ask for a more Professionally trained staff who all go the Extra Mile.

The “closing” employee on 1/11/2023 told me at 6:40 pm that they officially close at 7 and yet told me that she couldn’t take my order because she closed early!!! What’s the point of that!

My 1st time to a Starbucks and I was very disappointed. My husband went to get a small French Vanilla Cappiachino for $5What he got was 1/2 cup (YES) only 1/2 cup of Vanilla Hazelnut. DAMN GLAD I'm not allergic to nuts. Will never visit another one.So very disappointed.

I get to the drive-thru at 6:38 p.m. Friday night. Google maps says they are open till 7:00. Person on intercom says that they are closed already. Nice real nice

I came in wed April 7th @ like 6:58 pm. There was a very sweet young lady behind the counter. Let me just say this, she was the nicest most welcoming Starbucks worker I have ever encountered. I ordered a drink and I’m pretty sure she was all but close physically and I didn’t realize and I apologized and told her nvm and I just felt bad. As I am to in the restaurant industry as well . She denied my cancel request and happily made my drink anyway. She absolutely made my night. This young lady was spectacular at customer service and I would know I been bartending almost 20 years. I wish I would of caught her name. But she now made it to where ide rather walk into frys and get my coffee then go through a drive through. That’s quality service. Grade A+ for effort and attitude and work ethic. Not to mention was literally the best tasting Mocha Frap I’ve had. Thank you ? we do appreciate and notice u. Your hard work does not go unnoticed my dear!

Every time I have used this Starbucks for my latte I'm always disappointed. They got my order wrong, coffee espresso shots were extremely bitter, no foam on the latte, and too hot. Every time. Will not be going to the Starbucks again they've used all their tries.
