I used to love coming here but the change of batistas is disappointing, considering the ones that currently work there don't seem friendly at all. Also, how is it possible to make a drink wrong on a slow night?

I ordered on the mobile app by 9:00am and had to stand in the lobby waiting until 9:19am for my drink. I just got 1 drink, a Carmel macchiato iced. Usually takes 2 minutes max to make.

Been going here for coffee every weekday morning!! They are very friendly very fast paced as it's very busy that time of morning! Get you out quickly and are always very polite!! I would recommend going here!!

Very nice location, right next to the freeway. Always helpful and friendly staff craft tasty drinks, and are very accurate. I especially love the egg bites, I always have to order them each visit!
What a rip off. They will not even fill the glass to the top. Server rude. Never go to this store again. Rethinking if I ever return to Starbucks anywhere when we have so many great local independent choices.

Every time I visit this store - usually at, like, 4 in the afternoon - it takes 15+ minutes to get my order.
This is the slowest coffee shop in the world. Literally no other Starbucks takes this long. The management here is broken.

The Starbucks at LAX Airport offered the usual fare, but the experience was lackluster. The staff seemed overwhelmed and impersonal, making you feel like just another transaction. The drinks were made quickly and placed on the counter without much interaction. It was efficient but lacked the personal touch you’d expect from a smaller coffee shop.
