We came out for a girls’ night and decided to share a few appetizers while catching up. The server was friendly, but largely absent for most of the evening. We ordered three appetizers, including the buffalo chicken dip, which arrived lukewarm and was missing the carrots.

The restaurant wasn’t busy at all—we were seated in the bar area between the outdoor seating and the main bar, with only about five other tables occupied and a few people at the bar. Given how slow it was, it was disappointing that the food came out cold and the service was lacking. When there are so few tables, attentive service really makes a difference, especially when it comes to earning good tips.

This was our first visit to State 48, and it exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding—Alysa was our server and offered great menu recommendations. The music variety and overall aesthetic made for a fun yet relaxing atmosphere.

I held a work luncheon here. Matthew and his team made the entire process easy. Our food came out on time and everything was excellent. My entire team enjoyed the food and service. Highly recommended

It was pretty warm outside, but we had a lot of people so maybe that’s why we couldn’t go in. Good food and service. Thank you.

Although the woman singing here on Saturday night is very good she is more for a lazy Sunday afternoon then a Saturday night. You used to have rock bands hence the name Rock House. It’s definitely become ballad house. Sorry to see this. BRING BACK THE BANDS!

The beer selection is always great, the food is usually good but I wouldn’t suggest the wings.

The food at this location is poor and below average. The service is inn consistent and average at best. Last visit caused me to vow to never go back under any circumstances. There are far too many options in the area. Like a previous review suggested: this is a “beer only” place.

First off the men's restroom was disgusting, flys everywhere and garbage in the urinals. The food was absolutely terrible. The cheese dip for the pretzels was yellow looking water. I was with 2 other people who also thought the food was horrible. No one ate mush of their food. I got a to go box since I didnt want to be rude and took the rest of my sandwich. once I left, I found the nearest trash barrel and toss it. Oddly enough people warned us the food was bad, but we didn't listen. Big Mistake

Terrible, will NOT eat here. Your staff are inept and clueless. Every waitress I watched, including the bar tender, grabbed all the glasses by the top. Are you IGNORANT or obtuse, NOBODY wants your nasty, dirty fingers on the glasses. Disgusting place!
