I was so stressed from work and I just wanted food to make me feel better. I ordered the Pep & Mike’s Pizza and the street fries. The order took longer than usual, the fries were burnt and wasn’t the street fries I ordered. Unfortunately I left before checking my order. I called to speak to the manager and she was pretty rude, she told me she could only refund me $1 for the Mike’s honey hot sauce but couldn’t give me a refund for the fries because the chef “made” my order right.

Ordered from here a few weeks ago. Spent 100$ on 2 pizzas a sandwich and salad and it was the worst I've ever got from them. Large salad had no dressing with it , pizza was ice cold . Called as soon as I got the order and was told by a manager that I would have a full credit for the inconvenience. Fast forward to the following Friday I called to place a order and use the credit I was then told I only have a 50% credit and if I didn't like it then I can come up and speak to the owner . I have called 3 times to speak to the owner and given a excuse everytime . Oh that's not the owners name, oh he's not around, blah blah blah . I was also told by another manager that they were going to speak to the owner and would call me back that never happened either. So if you have a issue with you're order from this place just know you will be given excuses and broken promises on their end . I have bought from this place for years but after this last incident I will not use this location again . F - RATING for customer service

Honestly love the food and atmosphere, I come regularly. But today I had the worst service that included being gaslit on having an order with the drive through cashier and having the window slammed in my face twice. I came in person to leave a cash tip because I was told the online tips don’t work well, but after this Im done, I haven’t been so disrespected in a while.

First time here. Heard great things. Seen the lady in back not wearing gloves making food. The mozzarella sticks were definitely not fried but more microwaved and gummy and very small. We didn't get the "signature" 5 large ones, we got several small ones. A slice of cheese pizza had long dark hair in it. The sub and fries were okay. I was definitely disappointed with my experience today with the food.

The front staff barely acknowledged I was there. I brought in a coupon for a free medium pizza (redeemable at any Streets of New York location) and Jennifer said they wouldn't honor it. So I paid $30 for what should have been a free pizza. To top it off she was incredibly rude and impatient about it. There is no reason for anyone in a customer service position to be so miserable and rude to their customers. The pizza was okay, I took it home and served immediately, it was cold and dry. Not worth the $30 I shouldn't have had to spend. We won't be returning.

This is my favorite pizza and wings. But Everytime we come in (usually not very crowded or almost empty) there is a huge wait. Start to finish eating here has never been quicker than 2 hours. I will say the taller friendlier waiter does help but everyone else's service is sub par for the heavy price.

Loooved everything about this place more like a hidden gem ? ✨️ I took my boyfriend for the first time & he loved it!!! The waiter we had was Eli very energetic, fun, & great hospitality he made us feel so welcomed!!! We will definitely be back! & most importantly compliments to the CHEF!!! ???
