I was just denied service at the 19th Ave and Happy Valley Streets or New York location because my service dog did not have a vest. I explained too the old lady with long blonde hair, that it was illegal for her to require anything of my or my dog and told her the two questions she is legally allowed to ask, and told her I would happily answer them. She said we had to leave or sit on the patio since I did not have a vest. She stated I had to have the vest so that other guests would know my dog was a service dog. I told her multiple times that what she was telling me was against ADA laws and she told me I was wrong, every single time. She did not allow us to stay.

Food was really good! Our server was very responsive and attentive. The only issue was an over abundance of flys in the restaurant. Completely understand this is not the fault of the restaurant, but there was no effort being taken to eliminate them.

We order from this location often and their food is always great and the service is always fantastic! Even on the weekends when it's busy their delivery time is always reasonable and if i don't feel like waiting oh I just want to save a little money I typically can pick it up at 15 to 20 minutes.

Okay, so like this positive review comes with a warning- once you start you can’t stop. I’ve been here like 4 times in two weeks- the pizza hits way too good every time ? ??Great service! On time every time! Do delicious!

Bummer. We purchased a ton of wings, mozzarella sticks (both were fine) and then got the Pepp n Mike's pizza.. Apparently Mike left with the hot honey drizzle stuff because we had only an "okay" pepp pizza.. Ball dropped, because that's the only reason we ordered the stuff..

I called to place an order, but before I could speak, the woman on the other end of the phone informed me that they were no longer accepting pick-up or to-go orders for the evening. This was surprising to me, as the website stated that the establishment closed at 9pm, not at 8:40 when I called. When I inquired as to why they couldn't accommodate a pick-up order, the woman explained that they stopped cooking at 8:30. Perhaps you should change your closing time to 8:30pm instead of 9pm. I've never heard of a restaurant doing what this one did tonight. Do you kick out all of your customers when the clock strikes 9pm also?

Our pizza was delicious! We ordered it for delivery, and we definitely were not disappointed. The overall quality, the spices/flavoring, and the other toppings... so good! ? ?

We placed our usual order. My kids love the passion bread here and we love the thin crust pizza. Showed up and everyone had wrong orders. Long wait and finally this amazing employee named Keegan came out and got everything straightened out.

Ordered delivery and somehow these wings were acceptable to serve to a paying customer. Won’t be ordering from this place again.

Previously, this was our go-to take out place for pizza, pasta and chicken tenders. But the last 2 times the food has not been the same. Heard there is a new owner. Too much oregano on the pizza, the crust was very doughy, almost undercooked and the size of the chicken tenders have gotten smaller. The only thing that stayed the same are the prices. I don't think I will be ordering from here anytime soon.

Came here for the second time and it did not disappoint! The meatball appetizer is always a great start. We ordered The Old Stand By Me pizza hand tossed and a chicken basket, because how could you not order chicken. Anyway, I love this place, the staff is always friendly and they have a good white wine selection that is not just Chardonnay! I highly recommend dinning here!

Absolutely unbelievable experience tonight, 12/11, from an employee named Ryan. We ordered online at 5:22 through their website. Email said order would be estimated delivery of 6:18. No biggie - it's normally quicker than that so we thought nothing of it. I didn't receive a text saying I could track my order until 6:12 saying an estimated delivery of 6:38. I called the restaurant and spoke with Ryan, voicing my concern that the food would most likely be delivered cold since it was over an hour and 20 mins after placing the order. His response was that "oh it's hot. I grabbed your order thinking it was someone else's and burned my forearm". Odd response, but joked with him nonetheless and said you should try to get out of work for that then. He said they were short staffed and they didn't have a delivery driver. I said no worries, just happy that the food would be warm when delivered. I'm sure you know where the review is going. Food was delivered ice cold, and in styrofoam containers. How did you burn your forearm on styrofoam, Ryan? I called again and Ryan picks up. I relayed the food was cold to our disappointment, and he said I'm sorry we're short staffed I don't know what else to say. I reiterated that I tried rectifying the situation when I knew it was going to be cold by calling before it was delivered. Easily solution would have been to remake it or throw it in the oven for a bit since the driver hadn't even picked up the food yet when I first called. He starts to argue with me. I ask to speak to a manager who I knew would be able to help me better. A reasonable response any employee should know to do when a customer has an issue. He puts me on hold for 2 mins and then proceeds to hang up on me. We've ordered a lot from Streets of New York, and normally it's been a wonderful experience getting it delivered. If this is how it's going to be from now on, let me know, and it'll save me a lot of money and time spent on the phone with an extremely unprofessional employee.
