I've been a business owner and store manager for years. After I heard what they did to one of their employees Daltin Griego about finding a loop hole it not pay him his vacation time after he put his 2 weeks in. I will never go back to any of your locations and will ensure to put a word out to others in this market to never step foot into any streets of New York. Your HR needs to be evaluated for best practices and should ensure you take care of your employees that stuck by you for over 4 years.

Coming from a long time customer of Streets of New York, I can say last night was my last experience I will have with the Prescott location. I made a delivery order of almost $80 via phone(540pm)with your apparent manager Alex, which stated 45-60 mins for delivery… okay fine that is your standard time.. been there done that… 7:04, still no pizza… called back, again Alex stated he was for sure my pizza had left the building, mean while he never even checked and said he had a new delivery driver and they were slammed with deliveries…. Okay fine, giving you the benefit of the doubt, however if you were slammed with deliveries you could have stated that when I ordered at 540 and I probably never would have ordered…. 736, almost two hours after ordering STILL NO PIZZA!!!! Called back, Alex again, states he the manager as I asked to speak to manager…. Apologizes and takes my number to check on status, comes back and my $80 order is just sitting in the window….. so it never left the building and he then states well I’m sorry we are short staffed and like it was my fault!!!! Well it’s not my fault and my pizza was ready and it was a lack of prioritizing the deliveries…. Of course I’m upset!!!! He says we will cancel the order, refund and hangs up on me!!!! Wow really, great management!!

Had pizza delivered. When we received our $33 pizza it was warm not even hot. Live half mile away. Called carefree 27th Ave. Location. The manager Ginger was rude and said they never deliver cold pizza. We ask can we get a hot pizza and she argued. We did not want money back just a HOT pizza. First time ordered from this location. Will never order at this location again.

The Streets of New York on 35th Avenue and Northern is a dumpster fire. In the past year I have had problems with orders. Most recently I was offered a new pizza (an hour after I would have gotten the original that was delivered without cheese) or if I wanted a refund, I can check back before the end of the month because the owner is the only one who can authorize a refund and they are on vacation until the end of the month. Challenging this policy only resulted in the woman on the phone hanging up. Maybe a terrible franchisee or maybe a terrible corporate culture… who knows for sure? I’m not going to take the chance with this company again. ... Read More

As long time customers I just wanted to thank the store manager Amanda and her staff for another great night out. Its been a privelege to watch Amanda go from taking our orders to now running the whole show. Her attention to detail is refreshing in todays world where most restaurants take your business for granted. This should be a proud moment for Sr. Management to see one of their own work her way up the ladder. Kudos to "Lori" and her team for recognizing Amanda's abilities and I wish her a long and rewarding career with Streets of New York Pizza family.Michael Clendenin

Wow. We just had the worst experience at the Tatum and greenway location. First it took forever to get any service. While we were waiting my husband used the restroom and there was no soap. During our time there 3 male employees went to the bathroom and no one replaced the soap. We had to ask for utensils and napkins. Food was nothing to brag about either. Very disappointed and disgusted. Will never be returning.

Nothing to complain about as far as the food goes but I do have a suggestion. When a company sponsors a sports team such as the Diamondbacks and there is a game on the staff should know what channel it is on no matter what. Or the game should already be on. Just saying.

Streets is amazing but the 92nd. And Shea store is by far the best location. Great staff and best food. 10/10
