Stop asking for tips for online orders. This is a new trend that immediately makes me stop my order.
Edit: Tipping is an act of generosity for good service provided. Defined by Cambridge Dictionary, it is: "the act of giving an amount of money to someone who has provided a service, especially in a hotel or restaurant:" If you're asking for money before any service is provided, it's not a tip. It's just begging for more money. Employees also only ask you to sign for your food if you leave $0.00 tip, clearly trying to guilt you into "tipping".

Service and quality have gone way downhill. We prefer support local businesses over big food or corporate America and used to order all the time however not so much as of recently. Bad customer service and sub par service recovery. We had an issue with a delivery order and were asked to drive to the store to resolve which we did, when my wife confronted the manager she was very rude and she contacted the owner (which we had to find on linked in because the manager was not being cooperative when we asked for the owners info) both refused to take ownership of the issue we encountered. We were actually charged for food we didn’t receive or eat. No refund, apology or resolution was provided. If you’re reading this remember to use caution when doing business with with this establishment
I ordered via Door Dadh, Chicken Strips. Advertised as 5 strips with fries. Received 4 strips and about 15 fries. They made this right by offering a replacement order.

This is the second week in a row where what we got was not what we ordered. I've been ordering pizza for years but lately something has changed. On one of our pizzas, one of the additions was sausage. We didn't even get one piece of sausage per slice.

I personally dont like their pizza but great cannoli's . I'm from New Jersey we are very pickie about our pizza ...Definitely not New York pizza like the name says ....they have great broasters chicken . Sincerely Joe
