I had a pickup order that didn’t had some missing components, when I went to inquire about it the overweight lady was extremely rude and dismissive and started screaming, worst experience ever don’t come here.

Seriously the rudest person working behind the counter. I asked for some things for my online order and the lady was being rude to me and everyone in there. This was today. I don’t even want to eat this food because I feel like it’s going to make me sick. Have people work there that actually know how to treat people. This lady was so confrontational. She was African American with short hair. One of the rudest people I have seen in a long time. Just go eat somewhere else. I will never spend a dollar at this location ever again. Crazy.

Cashier tried to charge 10 for two extra separate cookies outside of the meal of the day deal. Total went from 17 something to 7 something when I told her to take them off. Then the kiosk asks if u want to give a tip I was thinking about it but she pressed no instead it was God telling me to dodge that bullet plus the attitude was real sarcastic friendly so that’s her karma

An employee there was so unprofessional and rude, she was loud and impatient. I felt my order was so rushed and made me uncomfortable just standing there. Customer service was lacking with that female, not sure why she's working there.

The lady has a poor attitude and likes to snap at customers like me. She likes to be confrontational. She skimped on my meal and very I'm not customer service oriented. She needs to have a better understanding of her job.

The group of individuals working makes it seeem like placing an online order is prohibited. My partner and I placed two pick up orders both under the same name for convenience since I was the one walking in. However, it’s as if picking up the food we paid for is bad! I didn’t even get my sandwich toasted! The attitude from the team was unacceptable!

It was so neat and clean. The lady was super nice and helped us get what we wabt. Her co-woker also was funny and nice. He was so nice and made me and my friend laugh. Best service ever.

Kid-friendliness: If you want a laugh dont be shy talk to the co-worlers.

The crackhead lady that works here with the black teeth has her crackhead friend with 4 kids running around and jumping on the chair and tables. My Sub barely has any chicken on it soooo skimpy!!!

As a healthcare professional, I come across different situations and come across different type of communicable diseases all that require a good wash of the hands. Before I eat, I like to wash my hands. Me and my trainee, that I was treating for a late lunch were there. Ultimately he was going to start his order while I went to wash my hands. Needed code so went back and the lady being rude and dismissive to my request, demanded that I buy something first. "The door says restrooms are for customers, ypu have to buy something". I believe its the law to allow hand washing and another is I am a returning customer. Not cool, what a shame that she led with idiocracy. Owner of this Subway, please educate your subpar employee. I understand the demogrphic are and homelessness around your store, but if two professionals in uniforms co.e in, it might be a good idea to just let theh was their hands and trust that they have good intentions to buy a couple of affordable sandwiches! Sheeeeeesh. Ill walk in and if she is there, ai will walk out.

Food is decent. Careful with going with coupons. If they think they can overcharge you or not honor the coupons you get in the mail, they'll do so.

Asked for a 6" with extra meat and she charged me as if it were a footlong, with extra meat. Did not get a footlong, nor the extra meat. The black lady who was working today said it'd be fine, and didn't mention anything about it. Only noticed after looking at the receipt. She didn't honor the coupon for the customers in front of me, either. Every time I've gone she's had a negative attitude/tone

Going to another sandwich shop next time.
