I had placed a mobile pickup order. Had a young man with black hair look at me at the counter twice say absolutely nothing to me while i waited for him to finish wiping the counter in the same spot for five minutes, he then walked away and never came back and had to wait another five for a different employee to come out and give it to me, the whole time i was watching my food get cold on the counter sitting out, they also forgot cheese and to toast it on one sandwich and forgot the meat and to toast it on the other one. HOW DO YOU FORGET THE MEAT??? literally will never come back to this subway god save u if u do

This is my go-to Subway because it's close and the staff are always really cool. They can come off as rude, but that's only when customers are holding up the line by talking on their phones or not knowing their order. I've used the online pick up, and they've always got the order correct.

He gave my food away, wouldn't remake it and then called ME a thief like huh I have him on video saying this might I add He seemed like he was on drugs or something and said he was the manager Do not come here and he was letting people not eating just watch and chill in the lobby. Seriously the rudest person working behind the counter. I asked for some things for my online order and the lady was being rude to me and everyone in there. This was today. I don’t even want to eat this food because I feel like it’s going to make me sick. Have people work there that actually know how to treat people. This lady was so confrontational. She was African American with short hair. One of the rudest people I have seen in a long time. Just go eat somewhere else. I will never spend a dollar at this location ever again. Crazy.

Cashier tried to charge 10 for two extra separate cookies outside of the meal of the day deal. Total went from 17 something to 7 something when I told her to take them off. Then the kiosk asks if u want to give a tip I was thinking about it but she pressed no instead it was God telling me to dodge that bullet plus the attitude was real sarcastic friendly so that’s her karma
Employees need to learn hospitality and stop being rude to disabled individuals. I don’t recommend this place to anyone

The group of individuals working makes it seeem like placing an online order is prohibited. My partner and I placed two pick up orders both under the same name for convenience since I was the one walking in. However, it’s as if picking up the food we paid for is bad! I didn’t even get my sandwich toasted! The attitude from the team was unacceptable!

It was so neat and clean. The lady was super nice and helped us get what we wabt. Her co-woker also was funny and nice. He was so nice and made me and my friend laugh. Best service ever.
Kid-friendliness: If you want a laugh dont be shy talk to the co-worlers.
