Subway has also installed a metal cover so you can no longer see the meats or cheeses. I'll find somewhere else to get my sub fix.

Wow. This Subway has always been consistent. But today we came in, there was one woman working the register and making sandwiches. Apparently she can't remember how to work the register, because she told all of us we had to leave because she couldn't figure out how to work the register. She literally sent people home after making their sandwiches and not giving them to them. Twice she was asked if she was able to accept cash and she just turned around and ignored us. I have been living in this neighborhood and going to this Subway for well over 10 years, I have never been treated this way. Unacceptable!

They've been advertising the foot long pretzels for a minute now yet still as of today February 6th, 2024 Subway doesn't carry or offer the pretzels or foot long cookies ? I was given a very "matter of fact" response when I asked "NOT SURE WHY, I DONT KNOW WHEN" from a Mgr at the Subway Restaurant on Thomas Rd and 27th Ave Phx

Really disappointed ?...lucky if teaspoon of ingredients of each thing put on. Not clean!!
This store allows homeless people to come in and get free drinks. This in itself isn’t a problem but when the homeless people unpack all their clothes and belongings, have a foul smell and bring their bikes in, I don’t want to eat there. When customers that don’t pay affect paying customer’s experience, a business decision needs to be made. I would not recommend this store and can only hope this review enables management to reconsider their policies. Two homeless and clearly drugged up people were there in the 20 minutes I spent at this location. Definitely don’t bring your kids here.

The manager seemed like he dreaded working there. He explained to me that the ingredients as in veggies was all going to be for salads now so it was very limited to what I can put on my sandwich. I ordered the #4 which was three types of meat and lettuce tomato and onion. I politely asked if he can add cucumber to the sandwich and he seemed to be bothered because all the veggies are now mostly for salads. Then he made a comment that he needed to make sure that he had some for the rest of the day. Which I understand things are limited now but if I'm going to pay $15 for a sandwich it would be nice to not make it a big deal for adding four pieces of cucumber to the sandwich.

Gary's customer service is absolutely phenomenal. I went in after work and there were a few ingredients that were unavailable. He made sure to let me know, as well as customers that came in after me about the out of stock items & apologized for the inconvenience. He was so polite and paid great attention to detail. Wonderful 1st experience at this location
