Where too begin about my experience at this subway. All the ingredients they used on my sandwiches were soggy and old. They would not honor any coupons I had found too save on my purchases. The lady that was working was very rude too my girlfriend telling her too hurry up while using the restroom. She was washing her hands and she said that her restroom was "not a shower." I decided too purchase a churro and it was rock hard and inedible. The rude girl employee should spend less time harassing paying customers and more time training, because the employee making my sandwiches was very slow, didn't know different sandwiches, messed up when I was paying and had too re do the order. He informed me he had been working there "for only three weeks." I'm not blaming him, he at least had manners and a good attitude. This was my worst subway experience too date, and after paying 45 dollars for 2 12 inch, 1 6 inch with đ„ and a churro, I expect alot more. Save your self time, money, and a headache and avoid this establishment.

My wife got a BMT and when she gets home I noticed it's a BLT. I looked at the receipt and the lady charged us a tip without my wife knowledge will be calling to get that returned

The young woman that works here is in rude and incompetent. She always messes up my order. I'm never going back.

I just went into this establishment to get a small child size sandwich because I've been very sick. Unable to eat food so now that I am able to eat. I can only eat a few pieces of food at a time.
She refused to give me the sandwich that I asked for because I was ordering a kid's sandwich. I explained to her that I'd been sick and that I can't eat any more than a 3 inch sandwich. Then she said she would have to charge me extra for everything. I told her that was fine & asked what it would cost. She asked how many pieces of extra meat she should charge me for. I responded that I had no clue, as i don't know how many come on the sandwich i ordered. After asking me 2 more times, I responded that I don't work there & so I don't know. After fooling with the register for several minutes trying to figure out how much to charge me for the sandwich, she now informs me they that they are out of provolone. I told her that I felt she should have told me at the beginning when I told her what sandwich I was asking for and had repeated a couple times at the register i wanted it just as listed on the description.
I told her this store was not going to get a good review from me which is too bad because I have a lot of followers & views. Then she said goodbye & that I can leave.
Sad that a business kicked out a paying customer, who just moved into the area. It could have been the beginning of a beautiful friendship.

So last night me and fiancé went to this location around 7:30pm for dinner. This place was filthy. There were two employees standing on there phone when we walked in when there was trash every where on the floor and on three different tables. No other customers were inside. The girl who took our order was just plain rude. She talked low and had a dumb look on her face the entire time. Before she even took out order she said "just you know we are out of chicken, bacon, teriyaki and swiss cheese" we said ok and still ordered. Even though she yelled it to us across the room as we were ordering from the app. Then after eating our meal we noticed the girl had barricaded the end of the dining area with chairs while she ate and facetimed on her phone talking about where her cat was. We had to use the bathroom and noticed a sign stating bathroom for paying customers only right? well we paid about 30$ for our meal and when my fiancé asked to used the bathroom this rude little girl said " its blocked off for a reason" like what kind of customer service is that?! I didn't get her name but she had piercings all over her face. We will never go back to this location!!

I went to grab a bite to eat with my fiancĂ© the other night and was disappointed with the service we received from one of the subway employees. We were also disappointed with The level of uncleanliness that was presented at the Location. there was trash all over the tables while one of their employees was on break and on their phone. (Get up and clean the tables so new customers can sit down and eat). At the end of my meal, I asked to use the bathroom and was kind of surprised with the barricade that was put in front of the bathrooms so that the employee could take her lunch. It wasnât close to closing time and when I asked to use the bathroom, I was Rudely informed that thereâs a reason why the tables are here and was denied The use of the bathroom after I spent more than $30 in food. These younger kids Working at these restaurants had no respect or manners for the customers that come into the door. I will never be going to this location again.
My brother went in today first they messed up his sandwich and he was super understanding about it as usual and then he loses his wallet there , someone told him the âcameras donât rewindâ which is so stupid because then why would you have cameras if they donât rewind??? Anyways , I go in there and asked them if they seen it at all she tells me that there was a lot of people there at that time and I asked can you please see cameras and check if maybe someone grabbed it, she tells me no supervisor said no, subway doesnât care about their customers at all and I will no longer buy any subs from this place. His wallet is still missing but he pulled it out to pay? At the cash register!!!! Lady at the subway said he just used his card will yea he did from his wallet at the register. Makes no sense . Supervisor needs a better boss . And so does employees.

Didn't mark stars as I haven't tried my sandwich yet that I ordered. But the people behind the counter here...OMG. I was greeted warmly, and the service was sublime. Both employees were VERY cordial, professional, and showed great courtesy and consideration. Hard to find now days!!! So thank you both for your service. You guys had a great working rhythm too. I hope they're paying you guys what your worth, though I suspect not. Subways loss if you guys move on in the future. Hang on to those 2 Subway! Treat them like gold!!!

Made an online order and they completely disregarded the process of making sure the delivery was correct before giving it out to the dasher so I received someone else's order. I called and it was unfortunately just some younger people alone in the store not sure what to do and no manager answering their calls so they couldn't give me a refund or anything. It was through the subway app so I couldn't even cancel or get it redelivered without jumping through hoops on the official website to email about it.

So I ordered 2 subs for lunch through door dash. When they arrived both of the subs were messed up. The one sub didnât have the correct bread and was on a different bread and the second sub was not toasted at all. It shouldnât be that hard to make a correct sub when you have the paper printed off with what each sub wants on it. And then when I called they didnât answer and when they did answer it they hung up.

This was definitely not a good experience..
We were delivered the wrong order due to employee error. We never received our food and the employees sounded like babies had no idea what to do. The managers were out and not responding. So now we stuck out of money and food until the manager decides to respond SMH
