THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS HORRIBLE!!!! Always the same people, and the same complaints and all the bad reviews going on for years and management or corporate does nothing about! I went in today to get lunch because i thought maybe things had changed but nooooo.... the heavy set girl with glasses was so rude she totally ignored me when I was ordering. Its horrible there I don't care if I have to drive further but never going there again. I don't have the names of the workers because they don't have a badge with their name on it but i do have their host number on the receipt.

I promise you I will never get lunch here ever again. I went in to this Subway on my lunch (I work across the street) as I have maybe a dozen times since I started at this job. There was 2 women working behind the counter on 3/31/25 around 12:15 p.m. when I went in. Neither of them smiled, greeted me, ANYTHING. They basically stared at me until I told them what I wanted. After giving them my order, they made my sandwich the saddest sandwich I have ever seen. There was barely any meat and WAY too much lettuce and it was just crazy. I'll never go back here again.

Bad customer service. The girl with black and blonde strip hair had really nasty attitude. Anytime I was telling what I wanted in my sandwich she kept rolling her eyes. I had to repeat that I had a ham sandwich 4x. Honestly she need to have a better customer service skill

They don't change their gloves. When I was there the girl touched the microwave, open a bag salad with the same glove. Another employee Touched the Microwave, wipe the counter by meat and rung up another customer all with the same gloves. When she got to me I left. This not the first time I have seen Subway employees use the same gloves they Touch the Microwave with or other things. They need to be taught to change their gloves more frequent. #1 Cross Contaminated.. SUBWAY DO BETTER!!

Placed an online order, service was lacking, and Ill prepared (didn't have the things to make certain sandwiches and had a new person that didn't know how to make a specialty iteam customer service was poor, The workers were very confrontational to customer.

Was there on 10/16/24 bought four 6” sandwiches to be rushed my boys couldn’t even slow down to say something she would talk over them then kept asking what else finally got to register and cashier new that was messed up..

When we got home the bread was falling apart old bread my wife threw her sandwich away and so did boys… 45 dollars down the drain…
