Cleans the stand with gloves on then tries to use same gloves to make my sandwich đŸ€źI ask for a glove change they comply đŸ™đŸœCookies- don’t even think about it . They are not fresh seem like an after thought just a stand of leftovers thrown together with a Tupperware cover.

what is the point of having your hours listed if no one is going to follow them?? i placed a mobile order@ roughly 7:30 and not only way my food cold and incorrect but i can’t even ask them for a refund because no one picks up the phone. if you like wasting your time and your money then come to this location. you want to get your order correct i recommend going somewhere else.

Cj customer service was amazing we walked in and they had a long line and it just kept going with every customer he had such a good attitude we ate there and every single person he was making conversation and such a positive attitude it really stood out . He deserves acknowledgment even to his co worker he was being helpful and supportive to what ever she needed in the rush . Cj deserves Recognition and if he isn’t a manager yet he would make a great leader!

What an awful excuse for a staff. I mobile ordered my food. My husband went in to pick it up. I was on the phone helping him figure it out. They told him they didn't have my order. He went back and forth. Gave them my order number. Said they didn't have it. He let them know that I scheduled the order to be picked up later. She said that wouldn't affect it at all. He went somewhere else to get my food. As he's at the other location I get an email that my food is ready so I drove over there, asked for my order. They went to hand it to me and I just asked for a refund as we already had paid for the order a second time somewhere else so I just needed the order cancelled. I let them know I tried to call 6 times to handle this and they ignored my call. I told them no worries I didn't want that sandwich just my money back since I had to go buy another one. She then told me that scheduling the order later does affect it (funny like we through it did!) (also one of the employees lied to my face and said the orders were under different names which her coworker confirmed was a lie and they were both under Brooke). Pro tip let your employees know when voiding an order don't call someone a Karen on the receipt (because they had to go somewhere else to get their order made that they had a receipt for). Also my other sandwich was a footling and they made it a 6inch (cookie box for scale). Deeply never coming back here again since just asking for what I ordered makes me a Karen. Guess you don't need my Karen money :)

On November 1st, 2025 I visited the Subway on 75th and Lowerbuckeye Rd at 10:30 PM, with only 30 minutes left before closing, and was told by an employee standing outside that they were closed due to having no bread. This was frustrating and completely unacceptable, especially when the posted closing time is 11 PM. Over the past few months, this location has really gone downhill. It’s disappointing to see such poor management and lack of preparation. Management needs to make sure this doesn’t happen again, as it’s unacceptable for customers to be turned away early without proper notice. I won’t be returning until I see improvements.

On SaturdayNov.1, 2025 I drove all the way to this Subway because their listed hours said they were open — but when I got there, the place was completely closed and the lights were off. I double-checked the sign on the door AND the hours online, and they clearly should’ve still been open. No note, no explanation, nothing.

It’s extremely frustrating to waste time and gas just to find out the employees decided to call it a night early. If you can’t stick to the hours you post, at least update them so customers don’t show up for no reason.

Super disappointing and definitely makes me think twice about coming back.

I really appreciate the service that Xavier provided today not only was my sandwich made excellently. He took the time to ask about my day and to make small talk with me while he was making it. Such a handsome young man! It made my day đŸ€

Worse Subway I’ve ever visited. The manager Karina was not helpful at all. I called corporate and even they didn’t call back as promised. I’ve been to other locations and had the best service ever so I won’t say subway is the problem however whoever hired her is.

Shoutout to Xavier at Subway!

I just had the best experience at Subway today, all thanks to Xavier! From the second I walked in, he greeted me with a big smile and such a welcoming attitude that it instantly made my day better. You can tell right away that he genuinely enjoys what he does because his energy is contagious.

He took his time making my sandwich just right, even offering suggestions that I hadn’t thought of—but wow, they made all the difference! He didn’t just slap things together like some places do; he actually cared about making it perfect. And even though there were other customers, he never seemed rushed or impatient—just cool, calm, and totally on top of it.

What really stood out, though, was how personable and kind he was. He wasn’t just taking orders; he was connecting with people, making them laugh, and turning a simple sandwich run into a great experience. That kind of service is rare these days, and honestly, it made me want to come back just because of him!

Subway is lucky to have Xavier—he’s a rockstar! If you stop by, I highly recommend having him make your sandwich. You won’t be disappointed!

My servers today were Jackie and Rachel. I sought a location for lunch, and we decided to visit Subway, as we needed to have our oil changed at the Walmart located on 35th Avenue and Lower Buckeye right close to Subway. As you may already know, this is a strip mall. This Walmart is quite impressive. The Subway branch we visited offers outstanding service and provides ample portions of meat and vegetables. Additionally, the staff members are exceptionally courteous and professional. The restrooms were conveniently accessible. My husband and I enjoyed a delightful lunch together at this establishment. We appreciate Subway for employing such remarkable staff.

I walked into subway today went there on my lunch break and I had an employee named Xavier give me absolutely rude service and on top of that he was getting frustrated quick when I couldn’t hear him and he had to repeat himself and I ordered three sandwich’s after the first I could tell he was frustrated and started being sloppy and barley anything on the sandwich I ask for jalapeños and he literally put 4 I asked for three tomatoes and he filled the whole sandwich he was not listening to what I ordered and was being weird about it I don’t appreciate that when I go there a lot and I’ve never had anyone ration the way he did I could tell he was being petty and I’m very disappointed and feel like I wasted my money I hope to see that ur employees have better attitudes and a work ethic they shouldn’t bring personal problems to work and treat customers like that

Closing crew dont pay attention to detail on orders so double check before you leave so they get your order right.
