I really appreciate the service that Xavier provided today not only was my sandwich made excellently. He took the time to ask about my day and to make small talk with me while he was making it. Such a handsome young man! It made my day 🤭

Worse Subway I’ve ever visited. The manager Karina was not helpful at all. I called corporate and even they didn’t call back as promised. I’ve been to other locations and had the best service ever so I won’t say subway is the problem however whoever hired her is.

I just had the best experience at Subway today, all thanks to Xavier! From the second I walked in, he greeted me with a big smile and such a welcoming attitude that it instantly made my day better. You can tell right away that he genuinely enjoys what he does because his energy is contagious.

He took his time making my sandwich just right, even offering suggestions that I hadn’t thought of—but wow, they made all the difference! He didn’t just slap things together like some places do; he actually cared about making it perfect. And even though there were other customers, he never seemed rushed or impatient—just cool, calm, and totally on top of it.

What really stood out, though, was how personable and kind he was. He wasn’t just taking orders; he was connecting with people, making them laugh, and turning a simple sandwich run into a great experience. That kind of service is rare these days, and honestly, it made me want to come back just because of him!

Subway is lucky to have Xavier—he’s a rockstar! If you stop by, I highly recommend having him make your sandwich. You won’t be disappointed!

My servers today were Jackie and Rachel. I sought a location for lunch, and we decided to visit Subway, as we needed to have our oil changed at the Walmart located on 35th Avenue and Lower Buckeye right close to Subway. As you may already know, this is a strip mall. This Walmart is quite impressive. The Subway branch we visited offers outstanding service and provides ample portions of meat and vegetables. Additionally, the staff members are exceptionally courteous and professional. The restrooms were conveniently accessible. My husband and I enjoyed a delightful lunch together at this establishment. We appreciate Subway for employing such remarkable staff.

I walked into subway today went there on my lunch break and I had an employee named Xavier give me absolutely rude service and on top of that he was getting frustrated quick when I couldn’t hear him and he had to repeat himself and I ordered three sandwich’s after the first I could tell he was frustrated and started being sloppy and barley anything on the sandwich I ask for jalapeños and he literally put 4 I asked for three tomatoes and he filled the whole sandwich he was not listening to what I ordered and was being weird about it I don’t appreciate that when I go there a lot and I’ve never had anyone ration the way he did I could tell he was being petty and I’m very disappointed and feel like I wasted my money I hope to see that ur employees have better attitudes and a work ethic they shouldn’t bring personal problems to work and treat customers like that

I accidentally ordered to the store cause the website was so hard to navigate and then when I sent my family member cause I'm paralyzed they tried to charge him for my order even so I paid online and then when I got the food they forgot my drinks and chips even do I paid for the whole meal.alwo I tried to call so I can try to replace my order and cancel the store one but no answer for half an hour and no one ever picked up.might give it another chance don't know yet.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is accessible by certain areas in the parking lot also there's a Walmart paved Rd all the way to the restaurant you can enter thru that way .

As someone that worked the whole day and did not eat , I am disappointed that Subway was open but turned off the ovens and put everything away. Insisted I was hungry , and only offered cookies. Coming from the food industry, this is definitely not customer service. Change your closing time to 940pm.

Workers are incompetent and fail to understand basic customer service skills, both employees had earbuds in which explains them asking me multiple times a question I had answered at the beginning (the bread type), to add insult to injury, the ONLY sign that says no bills over 20 ANYWHERE in the store is faded and covered by the pin pad. After running around like a lunatic trying to make change I come back and my order is still NOT done even after me explicity saying I will be back and showing the worker the 50 in my hand. Do not attempt to ask for a manager because these poor souls (according to what they told me) have "no clue when a manager would show up". Absolutely disgraceful

I ordered two subs for delivery. One cold cut on ital herb and cheese bread with pepperoni and avocado added. I paid extra for avocado. It had lettuce and mayo with pepper jack cheese. What I got was a smashed foot long with two pieces of bologna and two pieces of pepperoni with lettuce. And it was toasted! I did not ask for it to be toasted! The other was a foot long on white bread another cold cut with American cheese and mayo. Again I got a smashed toasted sub with only two pieces of bologna and nothing else! The service here is always trash! I swear they don’t train the people before they let them work! This happens every time I get food from this subway! And when I walk in the workers always ask me what is supposed to go in a cold cut smfh
