I ordered two subs for delivery. One cold cut on ital herb and cheese bread with pepperoni and avocado added. I paid extra for avocado. It had lettuce and mayo with pepper jack cheese. What I got was a smashed foot long with two pieces of bologna and two pieces of pepperoni with lettuce. And it was toasted! I did not ask for it to be toasted! The other was a foot long on white bread another cold cut with American cheese and mayo. Again I got a smashed toasted sub with only two pieces of bologna and nothing else! The service here is always trash! I swear they don’t train the people before they let them work! This happens every time I get food from this subway! And when I walk in the workers always ask me what is supposed to go in a cold cut smfh

I ordered the monster sub just to be disappointed sure looks to me like a tiny monster my wife’s Spicy Italian was way bigger and well put together then my monster sub beyond disappointed when I come in there 3 days a week might consider jersey mikes in stead for now

This subway is one of the worst I've been to. I've been eating subway for 20 years.. there are 8 slices of meat on a footlong not 6. Don't argue with a customer. Especially one that is right. Train your employees better. It's sad that a customer knows more than an employee. Avoid this location.

Order on line said be ready at 6:05pm got here at 6:10pm the subs were not even made. Waited until 6:20pm not even busy 3 people inside.

i ordered my food around 7:30 if i'm not wrong, i set the pick up time for 9:35 and when i got there a female said that they voided my order 20 minutes prior to showing up, and the reasoning was because they didn't have the full ingredients to make my order due to closing time. My order was voided almost an hour before closing. I find that so ridiculous how my phone number was listed, and i wasnt contacted. Not only that but when i walked in both employees looked at me like i was stupid for picking up my order. This was super unprofessional and just so wrong. I do expect a full refund.

Subway is my favorite food and I came to this subway it's so close to my home and who ever that Korean or Chinese girl that works there she is so rude she mest up my subway got mad and fixed it than adds so much mayo than I tell her thank you after she hands me my food and doesn't say a word so rude.. and the other girl that was there she was the sweetest she cashed me out super respectful girl !

My delivery order was taking longer than it should have so i called 2 check the status. they tell me that they ran out of bread. How do they run out of bread??? And then have the nerve 2 just hang up when I call 2 ask about my delivery order.I am very dissatisfied with their service. Do not go to this Subway.

We ordered online, 2 footlong sandwiches. They put the wrong toppings and wrong sauces on the different sandwiches. We were rushing our dinner because we were headed to the airport and didn't have time to turn around and go back to ask them to be fixed. Highly frustrating.

Store is filthy, Poor customer service from the Kids running the store and check out there Meats before they make your sandwich the ham looked brown instead of pink and was sitting in the nasty looking juice that looked yellow and when i confronted the the young man he smiled a laughed and shook his head at me and said what do you want me to do i couldn't believe it!!! ? ? ? so I walked out HUNGRY and left my 2 sandwiches half made behind the counter i came in around 4pm on 8/16/2023 at the 75th ave and Lower Buckeye location next to Walmart I think the manager should review the cameras and something should be done otherwise these YOUNGSTERS are going to run this business to the ground!!!!!

Everytime here there's a problem, went in around 9pm, they close at 10. The guy working didn't restock anything so he was out of almost everything including bread, only Flatbread left, literally only sauce was siracha or ranch, no mayonnaise or mustard?Music was turned all the way up. We had to wait 15 minutes until he was talking with his friends for him to take our order. Horrible

The kids here were very polite and my sub was made very. Nicely. It tasted as good as it looked. I will be returning to this location.Parking: Very large parking lot (the subway is in same shopping center as a Walmart)

Out of most ingredients including meatballs and when received subs there was literally one slice of meat and missing half the ingredients don’t come here tried getting a refund for these 4 horrible subs but no option on the app or online just send an email never been contacted back

5/16/23Employees are under some kind of influence (drugs/alcohol) , take long breaks, close early, open late, get online/phone orders wrong, unhygienic, EBT machine been "out of order" for about 5 months, don't give right amount of change back, rude, don't know their own menu and seem very lazy.
