I like the sandwiches from this store. I have been buying from this store, but I notice that Roberto or Alberto is so rude towards his customers. His s attitude shows that he seems to not like his job anymore. Perhaps the current administration can talk to him.

No brewed tea, but they have bottled sweet tea in the refrigerator. For a restaurant that prides itself on being a healthy alternative to fast food, the brewed tea is what brought me into Subway…as well as a pretty good sandwich. No brewed tea is a deal breaker for me, so I left. I ordered nothing, and I won’t be back until you bring back the brewed tea. There are other sandwich shops, and I don’t mind spending a little extra at Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy John’s. At least I can get unsweetened tea in both places. STOP ASSUMING ALL OF YOUR CUSTOMERS WANT SWEET TEA. Stop assuming we want watered down tea from the soda fountain, too, we don’t!

Tried to gaslight me saying I didn’t order cheese when the sandwhich is literally called steak and cheese 😂 had to make the drive back and get my sandwhich done correctly

Service is really bad here the guy making the subs always has bad attitude I always try too avoid coming to this loction because of him around the the time of opening when asked for his name he supposedly said Alberto this guys is very unprofessionaldoesn't let you use the restroom en tells u it doesn’t work when it literally has no sign out of service an

Just went in to order a sandwich and the employee was clueless of everything.I asked him and would not want to serve me or honor the advertised prices online.Don't understand why they do this and advertise and just try to bring people in the door on false presence

I haven’t been to a Subway in over a decade but my corporate team decided to stop at the one on 67th Ave & Thomas.

I literally couldn’t believe the guy that served us. His name was “ Este” and not only did he go ABOVE AND BEYOND but it was so refreshing to see how much he truly cared for (not only how the food was prepared) but most importantly each and every customer that came in.

Not only did get my order PERFECT but he had AMAZING suggestions with each and every one of my team member’s orders.

Just off of him working there alone is going to have me coming back.

SUBWAY… YOU OUT DID YOURSELF WITH HIRING HIM. IF YOU HAD 10 OF HIM YOU COULD TAKE OVER THE WORLD!

I pray 🙏 God continues to bless that man. He has such an amazing soul!

Today September 3 2024 at 7:27pm I order to go when I open the sandwich the bread was too hard I call to ask for my refund and no body answer the phone I keep calling many times and no body answer looks like they know what that they doing something wrong and they don't want to answer the phone

This location is horrible , I submitted an online order and they stated we never submitted the order but I was charged $69 out of my account 3 times. When I called they would not pick up the phone and when they did pick up the call the person that picked up hung up on me. So I called back and ask for corporates number and she said she would ask her manager when she did she asked him in Spanish with an audited thinking I did not speak Spanish. I told her I understood everything she said and that i wanted to speak to the manager or get corporates number, she gave me corporates number but its incorrect. Worst experience ever and at the end I have no food and $207 LESS ON MY BANK ACCOUNT !!!!!

Are you people insane? I ordered through door dash and added bacon and you didn’t even cook the bacon. That’s disgusting, you need new staff with actual brains

If I could give a zero I would the manager with long hair is always an a****** he always has a problem with me because I tell him to change his gloves every time I go in there he's trying to make my sandwich after he just touched a million other things I shouldn't even have to tell a manager to change his gloves and let alone get attitude after then I tried to apply there and he pretty much told me he wasn't hiring anymore all I know is the manager there with the long hair needs to be fired he doesn't change his gloves enough and he has an attitude problem
