When I arrived at 8 am it was closed and the girl told me that it didn't open until 9 am I had a mess she told me that there was no soup and then she brought out very degraded soup in everything she complained doing things sighing and reluctantly it is something annoying What a shame there was always a man named José who attended with joy and everything was organized

I been going for many years to that subway and the last couple of months the service has gone down bad, they never have the sandwiches ready even if I order them online and they always keep messing up my order. They are really slow also.

Not sure how you can mess up a sandwich yet here we are. Got a flat bread sandwich and instead of piling the meat longways, they threw it into the middle and rolled it like a burrito. One side had all the salt I requested making it far too salty to eat yet the rest was bland. I asked for it toasted and they toasted it for about 5 seconds and then tossed it into a bag.Edit: I was also overcharged.

mannnnn i don’t usually leave reviewws unless the service is really good or really bad and im this case it is the latter.EVERY SINGLE Time i got they are always incredible slow, even when there is no rush. They have no sense of urgency at all. They messed up my sandwich on multiple occasions the only reason why i go there bc it is the closest location to my house but nawww it’s js not worth it considering everything.

I placed an order online a philly steak foot long and they gave me a cold cut footlong toasted. Bread is hard and I was not able to eat it. I called and they wouldn't answer just let it ring, picked up and left it silent. So disappointing. Had to order food somewhere else.
