Ordered and needed to use the restroom they say is closed... moments later employee uses the restroom to use the phone
My husband got me a foot long yesterday, I ate one yesterday and was going to eat one today. There was an actual finger nail in the sandwich. I tried finding pictures of veggies that might look similar but it's hard to the touch. The reason for the color is probably because I add mustard to the sandwich. The fact that I have eaten subway all my life and literally the same exact sandwich and never had an issue not to this degree is insane. This is disgusting you guys, you are serving this to people.
Stay away from this place! Jersey Mikes is better. Subs are old “hard bread” moldy cheese. Threw it in the trash. Panera also is a better place to go.

The worst experience ever. I ordered a foot long flatbread and I got a folded flatbread 6 inches. I went back inside the restaurant and the cashiers were very rude and were laughing in front of many other customers. The two employees were extremely rude, rolling there eyes, with terrible attitudes. The cameras should be looked at to see how rude and horrible customers are being treated at this location. I will be telling everyone about this nightmare experience I received at this subway!!! I wish I could post the picture of the 6 inch sub I received. They refused to give me my money back when I wanted to cancel and return the sandwich.
Ordered 2 sandwiches for pick up this evening. They were ready as soon as I arrived. Got home, and it was the most perfect ratio of everything lol. Very friendly staff tonight and sandwiches were delicious.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE HOSPITALITY. I mean come on; mexican guy do not know his name slightly long hair is very disrespectful probably will never be back. Tries to correct me on what I asked for and then when asked to remake gets an attitude and tries to argue with me about the situation. Do we not teach hospitality anymore?

Not this locations fault but trust their new.dippers suck. Its literally a giant tortilla with cheese in it and that's it. I could just make that at home if I had known it was going to be like that. Not worth a penny.

Closes earlier than what’s listed.Got to the store at 10:40-10:45pm and the worker looked at me and laughed through the door and went to the back where she couldn’t be seen.

The people here don’t want to work. I had to wait for my online order and then I asked for the code to the restroom and they told me it was closed now I am a paying customer and this is my local subway so why not let me use the restroom. They did not want to clean it it was close to closing time and they were done for the day? And to top it off they ask for tips!! My son likes the food here but I will need to try a different location

Ordered through the app for delivery for a sub and 2 cookies. Only got the sub. There are literally no options for refunds on the app, and when we called the store they "weren't accepting calls at this time".

Rude! I had a free cookie for my birthday. I showed it on my phone and they said "we do not participate in that". So then I showed where it said they did. She said, well I haven't received anything." She went to help others and ignored me the rest of the visit. When I showed the order on my phone She said I had to wait. She had me wait over 15 minutes. Only "got" the order after I mentioned to my husband that I was leaving a review while waiting.
