Terrible customer service. We ordered online to only go pick up the food at 3 and it should have been ready at 3:25, it was 3:50 and they had just started making it and only because we complained and they did everything wrong, not as requested.

Never are stocked up on supplies. No tuna No steak, no meatball, only one kinda bread. Just close already or find and pay a capable manager and staff. Pathetic

I had order an online order earlier and the girl did my order all wrong and plus it wasn't ready when I got there in the app it said was ready but got there wasn't even ready I'm disappointed 🙃 😑

Well i went with the family on a afternoon. After ordering our food they were out of the breads we wanted and mayonnaise! I couldn't believe it. Its what you sell? Poor workers there just said they always get screwed on food.? Not a place i want to visit again. And i didn't get a discount at least

Walked in right now at 8:30 pm. No one came out when we walked in and waited 10 minutes there. It was SUPER dirty. We decided to leave and go get dinner elsewhere. I didn’t want to go back in to take a picture of how dirty it looked it grossed me out!

Absolutely awful. Staff was completely unprofessional. Second time typing to order here although I have no idea why I decided to give them a second chance. First time they didn't even open yet although there website said they were. What can you expect from employees that act like this. Think you're getting fresh food! Bullshit. Probably what ever is left after they took the good stuff home. So yourself a favor and just skip subway all together. Jimmy John's is better. Try McAlister's way awesome. Placed an order on line. Arrived 20 minutes later and the order slip was still not even looked at. The sandwich is just a sandwich. Prompt service really doesn’t exist at this location. The only guarantee is laziness and waist of time.
Josh is a great hard working man he makes my order exactly how I want it also very polite young man his customer service is excellent this Subway is the only location I will bring my kids to its very clean and neat Subway #23190 the best Josh u deserve a raise he there longer then his shift he is a sweet guy very polite thanks Josh ☺️
