I was here on the morning of 11/24/24, I ordered an ultimate BMT on white bread. When I got home I took a bite and immediately had to spit it out. The food tasted completely of bleach. I attempted to call the store but there was no answer and attempted to reach any sort of customer service but the only option you have is to submit a form, this is ridiculous. I will never go to this location again, I’ve never had bad experiences with Subway but this was horrible.

I ordered delivery from this location as I got home late from running errands. They no longer have the great garlic sandwich that I like (not their fault, as a restaurant manager, I get that items change) so I ordered the new cheesy garlic steak sandwich for myself and the black forest ham with mayo, black olive, and cheese for my daughter. I get my sandwiches that I paid a delivery fee for and there's NO MEAT on my STEAK sandwich and only 2 small pieces of ham, no cheese, a ton of mayo and a sprinkle of black olives on my daughters HAM SANDWHICH!! my daughter picked the olives off and ate them by nothing else. Then I get told that I can't get a refund because I got the sandwiches!!! What did I pay $20 for?? A mayo sandwich and a steak sandwich with no steak. WHAT A JOKE!

To assume one has been to prison based off of looks is a little egotistical and kinda ugly in general. I actually spoke with that woman with the face tattoo she is a hard working single mom just trying to get by in life. I have notice when she is on shift she is extremely sweet hard working and takes initiative. Just because someone has a little ink on their skin or a few piercings does not mean they are ex convicts. Respectfully grow up.

The food here is great, but employees always seem like they are quitting because every time I come here, it's a new face, and today, June 16th, a young white female with tattoos on her face making my sandwich clearly subway doesn't care who they hire or what they look like you can tell she is from PRISON and there soda machine is awful and tastes FLAT so if you let the employees know they will give you a Free soda from the refrigerator and a free cookie ?. Also to mention if you need to use the restroom, forget it they won't let you even though there is a paper on the door that says if you purchase something, you can use the restrooms.. Never coming back here again, I'll just be sure to take my business elsewhere.. and too many homeless people outside asking for money as you walk in Hire security or something .

I have subs from this place multiple times, adding extra meat to two of subs,each time never get the extra meat, but yet the subway in the metro did it the right way the first time. Theses guys are scamming the meat.
