The food was great and Glenn was an amazing person to serve you with polite and kindness. My concern was with the lady he was working with her name is JESSICA and she is the manager but she was very rude and came off with ( What do you want on your bread) all rude and with a disgusted face. Went off telling her what I want on my bread and goes off and say ( So you want a BLT ) I haven’t been here in while and goes on and says ( I can tell ). She switched her expressions when it came to a different race color. I stayed there to see if it was me the one who thought maybe I was being crazy. I stayed there for a while to see a different reaction and I was right two Mexican Americans were ordering and she gave the same attitude the same way she treated me. She was being very racist towards other color people. I’m not trying to glaze my boy Glenn nahh he was chill and nice also liked his Prince costume !

The woman working this day was absolutely amazing! I wish I could remeber her name but she did everything herself and did it fantastic too! I hope she is a boss and if ahe isn't, she should be!

Sign on door and on google says closing time is 10pm and yet I go there at 9:30pm and they’re closed and employees are still inside sitting in booths.

Atreyu was awesome enough to keep me coming back! I'm a pain and get all of the toppings on my sub. Not only was everything end to end, but he got all of them on there without leaving a mess. He helped us out with our coupon and recommended the new limited cookie. 10/10 service, even with a picky kid.
Forgot the 5$ footlong cookie I ordered. Rip off. Go to any other chain but here

I ordered via the Subway app on 02/17/2025. My order total came up to $24.81. After about an hour my app was showing my order was received but not being made, so I called the store at 4:00 PM and spoke with the store manager who said they don't have my order. I then called my bank to verify the $24.81 that has withdrawn from my bank and they confirmed that order #857E2949-93 for $24.81 is for Subway at the 2815 W Peoria location. I called the store back and was told there is nothing they can do but advise me to dispute with my bank. I've ordered from this location previously and had no issues. SUBWAY, what is the issue with the order I placed or giving me a refund without having to file a dispute which could inconvenience me further by Navy Federal cutting my card off for possible fraud?
