I visited your store on 33rd ave and bell road in Phoenix. The cashier (who was very polite) informed me that they won't allow me to bring in my $550 electronic scooter inside while I pick up an order. There are no bike racks for me to lock my scooter up and even if there was THIS IS A HIGH THEFT AREA. If I left my scooter outside and it got stolen I would SUE subway. So ya'll might want to reconsider your rules about electronic scooters

Customer service is good. The guy is usually pretty fast and attentive. The portions are extremely stingy however, and some of the veggies look pretty bad. Mostly the cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce look pretty bad or old. The bread doesn't taste as fresh either. Neither does the sub crunch. The sub crunch tastes stale and not crunchy and fresh. I'm assuming the owner is trying to save money by keeping thing way too close or a little past expiration. There was once where I felt sick after eating there and I decided I won't go back. Most other locations that go to taste so much more fresh than here.

Food contamination. An employee with the name tag reading “Sage” was filling out an online order- reading directions off a receipt that she had draped over the lettuce and tomato trays. As she drizzled oil onto the footlong sandwich she was making, the oil dripped onto the already dirty receipt which was covered with other food stains, and from there it dripped into the lettuce tray, contaminating the food for future sandwiches. It was disgusting.

The male worker was rude and were talking bad about us with other customers because we came in 30 minutes before close. He gave the customers in front of us a ton of free cookies since they were going to toss them anyways, but didn't give us the same offer lol. Can't imagine his reaction if someone came in 10 minutes before close lol.

Like others commenting...this is my most local Subway. Quality has gone downhill bad. Even since the remodel. Today's bread felt and tasted 3 days old. Other visits recently have yielded sloppily made and smashed sandwiches. Now they don't even have unsweetened ice tea. Don't bother going anywhere near closing time. Nighttime personnel start pre-closing an hour ahead of close. Even had the door locked 20mins before closing once. Manager / owner of this location needs to start paying attention.
Suggest 43rd and Bell as next best, or 35th and Thunderbird as a much better alternative.

My husband and I have our favorites at Subway. The quality is always great and the sandwiches are consistent at every visit. The staff at the locations I visit are always friendly with an obvious desire to please the customer. I ranked the atmosphere high mainly because it's bright and clean and you can feel the positive attitude of the staff.

I come to this location pretty often and I usually get great service no matter what time of day I walk in but I would like to directly call out the gentlemen closing on October the 23rd. I walked in @8:30 and asked for a sandwich as usual, when it came out to toppings the gentleman swear there weren’t anymore toppings left he wouldn’t even take the time to look or even make it seem like he looked he simply just didn’t care. I understand you’re getting close to your closing time but you weren’t closed yet so to tell a customer who is paying for food at the establishment you chose to work in that you don’t have it simply because you don’t want to stock it or already have, is simply not the customers problem. I’m upset because I had a long day and all I wanted was my sandwich to be made how I always get it made and he was completely rude about doing the job he signed up for. I want the manager to know how simple his task was and how he couldn’t complete it. The young lady working tonight was very nice but the guy almost made me walk out in the middle of him making my sandwich but I decided not to make a scene and leave a review instead.
