I come to this location pretty often and I usually get great service no matter what time of day I walk in but I would like to directly call out the gentlemen closing on October the 23rd. I walked in @8:30 and asked for a sandwich as usual, when it came out to toppings the gentleman swear there weren’t anymore toppings left he wouldn’t even take the time to look or even make it seem like he looked he simply just didn’t care. I understand you’re getting close to your closing time but you weren’t closed yet so to tell a customer who is paying for food at the establishment you chose to work in that you don’t have it simply because you don’t want to stock it or already have, is simply not the customers problem. I’m upset because I had a long day and all I wanted was my sandwich to be made how I always get it made and he was completely rude about doing the job he signed up for. I want the manager to know how simple his task was and how he couldn’t complete it. The young lady working tonight was very nice but the guy almost made me walk out in the middle of him making my sandwich but I decided not to make a scene and leave a review instead.

For location: Awkward because we did go 10 minutes before closing and understand that it's irritating to you, but it was okay. Didn't have pepperocini's out, and that's essential to my sandwhich. I was definitely hangry, but don't put toppings away before close. If I'm going to pay $20 for 2 mid (I say because subway is just mid in general) sandwhichs at least have all the toppings available. Sorry not sorry.
For coorperate: Why did you get rid of 2 of your best sandwiches? Bring back the mexicali and the great garlic...

Mike and his crew always know how to make my kids and I feel so welcomed every week and they don't hesitate to try and put a smile on my daughters face. She absolutely adores Mike and all he does for her. Thanks guys, you all are amazing and I would never be happier at any other Subway shop. Keep doing what you're doing ?
Kid-friendliness: They always take the time to entertain the kids and engage with them. My daughter loves going to Subway especially when I forget to order online, Mike loves seeing my kiddos and seeing how big they're growing ?

The service from whatever manager was there when I went was terrible. He kept gaslighting me when the only thing I wanted extra of was olives. He told me there's a limit of 6 and if you ask for extra then 6 more individual olives could be added. After googling and looking at multiple sources online, including subways website directly. This is false. Even if it's a franchise location, so I don't understand why he was so held bent on making me feel like adding extra olives with at the expense of his courtesy. He kept cutting me off when I was trying to ask like I was coming from a negative place but I was curious on as to if there was a policy I was unaware of. Maybe you were so mad because what you were insisting is false. :/

I come here close to once a week since I work at Nissan up the street, and I am always greeted IMMEDIATELY with great customer service! The floor manager here is AMAZING! He started to even remember what cheese I like on my sandwich as he put it together. I am usually never there for longer than 5 mins from the time I'm greeted to to when I'm rung up at the end. Even when it is busy, the line is so efficient and so well managed that it never seems to take an unreasonable amount of time to complete my order. If you want an efficient, fast, and friendly place to get a Subway sandwich, I highly recommend this location. Great job guys!

They are so consistent here. The food is always made the same way (good), it’s always clean, the staff is always kind. I’ve seen the manager working a lot and being kind to the other employees. I have made online orders and gone inside, always a very easy process. Sage W is a hard worker and super nice.

Staff is very rude Bri has very poor customer service. When I asked for jalapeños her response was we have already put them up for the night. I would’ve rather they refused service than to make me feel the way I did after that service.
