Staff is completely rude for no reason everytime I go, and it's not just one individual. Customer service is horrible the few times I've been in there. The mobile orders my roommate got were wrong. And the pepperoni flatbread was just about empty.

Had to come in and order 2 5 sub party platters at the last moment for a confrence nearby. They were incredibly helpful and nice even in such a last minute order. Can't thank them enough!

Very bad experience, I will not go to the same place again, where they do not know how to treat customers, and where they only wanted to give me my sandwiches with a little tuna and when I told him to take more from the fridge he reluctantly threw a lot of lettuce at him, I do not recommend to the 24th and baseline subway 😡👎
Last night, around 7:30 PM, I placed a DoorDash order from this Subway location. I ordered a footlong meatball, and received what I would call the worst sandwich I have ever seen.
There were a total of three meatballs on this entire footlong sandwich, and the rest of the filling was what appeared to be burned scraps from the bottom of the pan. Complained through DoorDash and got a refund.
I think what happened was they were running low on meatballs and, due to the time of day, didn't want to heat another batch. That said, WHY send out a sandwich like this? I would much rather have my order canceled because they can't make it than receive a pile of garbage on my doorstep.

Jennifer the associate at this location refused to make me a fresh sandwich after she got my order wrong. She verbally attacked me and rolled her eyes after I politely asked her to fix my order. Her attitude and facial expressions are an embarrassment to this franchise location. I hope that management can train and do better. I’ve been a customer for years at this location and now I will travel further away just to avoid this kind of service.

We used to come here every 2 weeks to eat... been trying to save money, and it's been quite a while, but today decided... let's get subway...
Walked in around 5pm...
Saw they remodeled.... looks....ok...
Noticed that the area where the meat is was obscured from view, unlike before... the male behind the counter was asked.. "why is that covered, I can't see the meat".. his response was "the ingredients are on the board (points at menu board)... she asked again.. "I can't see it, that wasn't like that before".. his response was much the same... all while having a horrible attitude...
THEN, to top it off... it was $38 for 2 foot longs, a 6", and a bag of chips... (club, BMT, 6" BMT)
If I'm going to pay that much, I'll go to Jersey Mike's across the street, or the Port O Subs on 48th... at least they'll act like they're happy to be there...

If i could give 0 star I would. This place used to be good. They have horrible service now. They've made my subs wrong 3 times in row but if you go at lunch time they tell you you have to wait because online orders come first.

Went in 2 hours before closing and as soon as we were going to order the employee states that’s there was multiple products out of stock which included multiple cheese and condiments as well as other thing I could not hear due to mbr not speaking loudly enough but over alll very disappointed due to having to drive to another subway miles out from my home.

Good price for the drink and cookie but the BLT from here is not a good idea. I prefer jersey mikes.

The store is empty. It's 11:00 on Tuesday. The girl tells me you have to wait 30 minutes to order your food. Two people are working. I drove 15 minutes to get here. Why would i wait that long. Just make my sandwich so i can go. She said online orders come first. That makes zero since. Customers that walkin come first. This is extremely poor customer service. One of them could have made my lunch.

What happened to this place it use to be good, horrible service some girl served me dried up meatballs, with no sauce. And she was very rude sighing as she made the order, how hard is a plane meatball with bread? No add ons. She was slamming the silverware down along with the vegetables glass cover. Won’t go here anymore with my family . Going across the street to Jersey Mikes, were they have real workers with real customer service!

If you are going to only have 1 person working during lunch, maybe put up a sign that you don't care enough to staff appropriately to help your customers.

Girl refused to let me use the bathroom because she had just cleaned it was the reason she had said. Lol.Dumb although alright. So I pissed all over her car handle out back.Dont be alarmed if that broad goes into work with pink eye
