I came in and there was a line because there was only ONE person working in the store. This person was very quick and efficiently getting through the orders while acknowledging the customers walking in. MaryAngel made my sandwich perfectly and did a really great job.
The store was packed, and after I ordered my food, they did not have change for a $50.00 dollar bill. The total of the food was $15.00. TGEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE $35.00 IN CHANGE TO TAKE MY MONEY. I had to walk to another store just to get change thank you "FIRE BREAD" for giving me change for the food I ordered and the workers at subway are very disrespectful. I had to walk and get change and she stated subway is better. I started to just leave the food she made and not pay. "Everyone go to "FireBread on 24TH ST AND BASELINE THEY ARE GREAT. Women owned as well. They care about their customers.

Asked for a footlong and this worker put 4 slices of roast beef on a footlong sandwich! I told her shouldn’t that have 8 slices, and she told me no it only comes with 4. I left with out the sad sandwich.

I haven't been crazy about subway... ever, really... but it had been a long time and so I thought I'd give it a shot for lunch. I was shocked when I walked in because it wasn't the same old yellow laminated furniture and newsprint walls that it has been for 30 years! It looks like a completely different business! I don't know when the facelift was done, but the place looked great! The restroom was even clean! The employee was very friendly, and the food was top notch!

if you want to have a bad experience, visit this business; the two employees who were working the night shift on 07/06/23, have a very bad attitude, it seems they don't like their job; gesturing in front of customers, looking at each other and gossiping!!! And to complete the bad experience, it was 9 pm, we sat down to eat and they kicked us out of the restaurant, because the restaurant was already closed... according to Google the hours are until 10 pm.

I am no longer going to go to this location. They don't honor nationwide promotions, coupons and their ingredients are below quality. There was a hard unappetizing stem on one of my banana peppers and the pickles were literally frozen almost $8 for a 6" sandwhich. I will be going to port of subs down the street.

This subway needs an attitude fix. Staff act like they hate life and rather be home watching cartoons.. being the closest place for me, I tolerate it as I like subs. But, 2 sub combos, over $31.00.. Definitely overpriced for what you get.
