I went to this store today. There was not one person in the store. The man behind the counter said it would be 20 minutes before he would take my order. Very rude. I left. I will not return to that subway again. There was no reason for him to make me wait that long before helping me.

Matt/Matthew the manager made my experience extremely uncomfortable and has affected me in every aspect. I will never support another Subway if that's the representation you'll have. Remember we don't choose our skin color,if you have an issue with certain races in 2024 seek help.

Ordered a 6inch ham and cheese. As the lady was putting veggies on my sandwich i realized the meat had blue spots. I asked why was the meat blue and as the worker looked through the meat i noticed the blue spots was all over the ham. The worker tried to say it was black lines. I said no it’s mold and left the store. I won’t be returning back to this subway.

My all time favorite subway in the area to go to the staff is always friendly no matter what time of the day you go in.you can tell the staff really cares about this store and their customers.I have been to this location several times in the past and it doesn’t matter what time I go in Iam always treated like Iam a king.

The young boy who attends with curly hair and dark color does not attend to the dashers at all, very bad attention
This subways management needs some change. You were called multiple times in front of another store manager. While on speaker ignoring the call and leaving me on the line so we can hear you laughing and joking is rude and disrespectful. On top of that after hearing it herself the manager of another store has to call you to get your attention for you to lie and say no one tried to call. Wow! What else do you lie about? Great way to instill confidence.

It’s Tuesday 9:40pm the store closes at 10pm but the doors are already closed. The person working saw us and went to hide behind in the kitchen. To close 20 mins early is crazy in my opinion. Manager needs to get this location together.

Overall a two but more like a 2.5 (2.8) overall. The food is great, no complaints there but the workers aren’t the friendliest. This one girl kept heavy sighing about our order cause she was tired or something and we rushed over to subway one night made it there 20 mins before close.. (let’s say 18 mins to be exact because every minute counts), and the doors was locked with the worker inside cleaning and dancing with headphones on.I understand your about to close so not every sandwich would be available but until 10PM some sandwiches should still be open for last minute stragglers.At the cold sandwiches like the cold cut combo.
