Walked in at lunchtime and it was very busy the male team member that helped us was very attentive and helpful. He was obviously so busy and stopped to greet us help us and speak to us with eye contact. He was alone and still was able to be courteous! Wish I would have got his name!!!

Rude employees, you can’t decide what you want on your sub, I’m allergic to a some stuff & I have to get whatever is on the order. Other location don’t do that. White man that works there often is not friendly, only when he wants to. I used to go to this location a lot & now I don’t because of this.

I went to this store today. There was not one person in the store. The man behind the counter said it would be 20 minutes before he would take my order. Very rude. I left. I will not return to that subway again. There was no reason for him to make me wait that long before helping me.

Matt/Matthew the manager made my experience extremely uncomfortable and has affected me in every aspect. I will never support another Subway if that's the representation you'll have. Remember we don't choose our skin color,if you have an issue with certain races in 2024 seek help.
