This subways management needs some change. You were called multiple times in front of another store manager. While on speaker ignoring the call and leaving me on the line so we can hear you laughing and joking is rude and disrespectful. On top of that after hearing it herself the manager of another store has to call you to get your attention for you to lie and say no one tried to call. Wow! What else do you lie about? Great way to instill confidence.

It’s Tuesday 9:40pm the store closes at 10pm but the doors are already closed. The person working saw us and went to hide behind in the kitchen. To close 20 mins early is crazy in my opinion. Manager needs to get this location together.

Overall a two but more like a 2.5 (2.8) overall. The food is great, no complaints there but the workers aren’t the friendliest. This one girl kept heavy sighing about our order cause she was tired or something and we rushed over to subway one night made it there 20 mins before close.. (let’s say 18 mins to be exact because every minute counts), and the doors was locked with the worker inside cleaning and dancing with headphones on.I understand your about to close so not every sandwich would be available but until 10PM some sandwiches should still be open for last minute stragglers.At the cold sandwiches like the cold cut combo.

I wish I could give a 3.8. The sandwich came as expected, tasting very good with fresh meat and vegetables. But then I learned the hard way then you can't swap out or add veggies anymore. 1 through 13, come per description. Extra veggies cost Xtra dough. Then they have a make your own sandwich menu. This ain't their rule, it's Corporate. I think that letting people put all the veggies they want on a sandwich was costing them 10 million or more per anum. To the opening dude, put just a little more sunshine in your step. Life's good, man!

My 13 yr old , had a gift card he git for his Birthday. He got the meatball marinara. Said it was good, he enjoyed it. Service was prompt.employees nice.

My son (14) went thru the line and got his sub fine. All was good. When he went to pay, older man reached over and hit 18% tip and totaled it out before my son could respond. This wasn't an accident as he didn't realize I was with him and keeps looking over at us.Total scam and jerk. Bank will deal with it, that's on the restaurant to pay the bank fees for his theft.

On my last visit I was charged for a deluxe BLT sandwich but my sandwich didn't have enough bacon and my sandwich was skimpy. I always get the same sandwich nothing else lots of veggies and extra baconThis time my sandwich was skimpy not worth the money that I paid for it.There is always new staff working there and the service can be improved

Under new management they have taken away the sub of the day! The only reason I would stop by was for the deal. The sandwiches are over priced now and the quality seems like it has gone down hill. I imagine they're missing out on tips because the sandwiches aren't as affordable.. definitely miss how subway used to be.
