Last time you guys marked everything on the app as "out of stock" when you had footlongs for $6 with the app. Now you guys aren't honoring the 6.99 meal deal. Subway 7th Street in Missouri the manager is a black woman Afro-American whatever she calls her nasty self very rude very ignorant I go to that Subway's monthly I will no longer go to that store because of the ignorance also the nastiness flies on my subro the manager still continues to make my sandwich I just walked away she became very vulgar with me because I walked away there's no way if subways was giving out free subs I would tell them thank you but no thank you for the public be very careful with subways

If you use Grubhub don't expect to get anything from here. In the past month 4 orders all charged to debit, all cancelled 10 minutes later. 2-3 days before money was back in account. Called Grubhub everytime they say it is a problem with this Subway. Why they are not offline is amazing.

Kid behind the counter was high as a kite and when I questioned if he was OK, the old lady got offended. Calling the health department.
Look, im not the type to place bad reviews but I advise you read this. The service isn’t horrible but it’s not pleasant. Almost seems like they’re impatient and don’t want to deal with you. My mom isn’t the best with english so whenever she gets subway I send her a text message and she lets the person over the counter read it. I know thats not their job but they mess up every single time. It’s really not rocket science? They gave me the wrong bread and didn’t even toast it, gave the wrong condiments and much more ?♀️ from the looks of it everyone is over 16 and under 55 so I’m honestly just confused if they don’t know how to read or they’re just not wanting to do their job? Lousy employees but clean service, like I said its not the worst. The food is okay, really depends on when you go. Today it wasn’t that fresh but at times it could be really fresh and tasty. Their cookies are amazing I do recommend those but stay away from the tomato, egg, and veggie patties those are never switched out ?. Therefor I give it a 2, I live close by and go here at least 2-3 times a month. Always the same people never a smile on their face, besides that one dude with blonde hair he’s amazing but everyone else seems like they hate their life. I also seem to get judged for what I order. Once I saw them laugh look at each other and say “omg” because it was a lot to wrap. After that I just stayed in the car while my mom ordered. Food is a 6/10, service is a 4/10, knowledge is a 2/10 like cmon its subway its not fing rocket science, cleanliness is an 8 surprisingly its pretty clean. Overall like I said its not bad but its not good.

While previous visits had issues, today was exactly what one would expect. Busy when I got there, but friendly staff. They proactively offered status on my order, nice touch.
