On July 29 me and my family went to go eat at this subway and they had bad service I asked for the bathroom keys and she looked mad and threw the keys on the desk, after that when I was ordering my sub we had coupons and I asked if the boss worked with the coupons and she said no but later we went to another shop they said it does, when we where paying we asked for scissors she threw them on the desk After that they gave us attitude and she started disrespecting us and was telling us to get out after that we wanted a refund for our two purchases and only wanted to refund the second Purchase and my mom spilled the drink and the employee came out and was kicking us out and she followed us out the store and wanted to fight me and my sister and my mom me and another guy tried to separate them but she would still come closer and get in our face then she hit me in my chest and started saying racist to us for being Mexican and body shaming us never go to this subway even the local shops like t mobile a chiropractor said that they always get treated bad they have the worst service. One employee was a manager she says with glasses and the other employee was fat, both Hispanic.

This store messed up on my door dash order twice and one day first the dude dropped off at my entrance gate and left it there and when i went to go look for it he took it and the next lady delivered it at the wrong door never ordering from here again

Young lady helping us was all by herself. She made our sandwiches perfect. When it was time to cash out the register froze. She tried calling for help but her calls were sent to voice mail. We waited. She had to turn the register off so we waited while it Rebooted. Customers are coming in but there was no one to help them. Why was she left alone? We finally cash out and sit to eat our food. No tea was made. young lady’s other co worker came in about 20 minutes later. Customers were waiting for service this whole time.

Walked in. No hello or any greeting what so ever. The girl didn't ask what kind of cheese I wanted. She chose for me. When I said i wanted pepper jack it wasn't ok with her. At the end of making my sandwhich. I said thank you. No response from either of them. Down right rude and disrespectful.

Put very little meat on sandwich and doesn't let you see how much meat they put on your sandwich. Threw ingredients on the bread haphazardly employee didn’t seem to care put a thin line of mayo on one side and then a big glop of may on the other side.
