Never coming here again, the food was disgusting, I asked for a refund and they wouldn’t give me my money back. They said they didn’t have “authorization” to refund people. No manager on site. Never received my money back.

He stated he was the manager when asked, he is the rudest unprofessional manager I have ever met! He has no empathy to want to work. I asked him to speak louder since he was talking very low, and gave me attitude. This is my local subway, and every time I walk in I get greeted by a very professional women. Sadly this time I did not have that same experience. We walked in didn’t even get greeted when he continued to do his work after two minutes of waiting he walks up and says something very low. I said “I’m sorry” then he said What can I get for you! In a very rude manner. After that he still continued to be so rude and disrespectful! So sad this location has a manager like Barney.

This Subway has recently been remodeled, but the service is terrible, bad. The man had a name on his cap, Barney said. He was very rude. He has such a rude attitude and if he doesn't feel like working, he should leave this type of job and look for one where he doesn't. have to deal with

DONT EAT HERE I'M WARNING YOU!!!! FIRST TIME EATING HERE AT THIS LOCATION AND I GOT FOOD POISONING!! I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN WHEN I SAW THE DEAD LETTUCE THEY STILL DECIDED TO SERVE TO ME ???? This place I stop by once in awhile when I get my daughter from Alhambra High..when we get there and ready to order there is no politeness in the server it always looks like he doesn't want to service us he is always rude wants to make a subsandwich in a hurry trying to rush us this has happened several times ..if you don't like your job than get the heck out of there .that's what I say ..u losers

I eat here all the time. Employees are so patient and really attentive. They should put my personal preference of the Turkey sub that I order on the menu.
