On January 1st at 6pm I was craving a sandwich stoped by, I opened door lady gave me an ugly look I asked if she was open. She got mad and told me she was. She was helping a lady I think there was a language barrier. Employee told me she was frustrated, I was standing at door I told her never mind and she was saying other stuff. I don’t even want to stop at any other subway.

We just walked in and the lady at the counter yelled she closed at 8. It is currently 6:12. There was a family of 5ish in line before us. Then she yelled again that If we’re patient we can stay. She had a lot of orders and gestured to the family. I understand she’s stressed out. However she still has roughly 2 hours to close.

Ok, I don't know how you guys are training your people, but for God's sake, these tariffs shouldn't make a difference on the quantity of meat on a sandwich. Ordered a BLT, 12 INCH, and literally only 3 strips of bacon on the ENTIRE sandwich! Mother in law ordered a tuna sub, and she barely had any tuna on it. I dare say half a small can of tuna, and not the name brand tuna, but the tuna you would get at the food pantry. Wife ordered a turkey sandwich, not a turkey flavored bread sub. Subway, you want Five stars, earn it!! The cashier was very kind a respectful, my hats off to him!

Took my crew for lunch as the job site was close by by far the worst experience at a subway The older gentleman working, looked irritated right off the back unsure why as he’s the one who chose the job he’s at we ordered 6 foot long subs the guys who ordered them toasted suffered the most as they’re subs were burnt not toasted when asked if we could get 3 out of the 6 subs remade he refused told me that I should have ordered toasted if we didn’t like them however he was trying to make all 6 subs at the same time I had to point it out to him that the ovens had already went off so when he finally took them out they were burnt he was rude horrible customer service ruined the whole lunch
lazy ass people cant make anything they say its so “hot” it sold out. cant make bread either , restroom always out of service or so they say so they dont bother cleaning it
