When I walked in tho subway location it was dirty,Examples:Next to the chip rack their was built up dirt that hasn’t been cleanthey pre closed and didn’t makeIt look cleanI saw a sanitizing bucket outThe trash was fullThe floors looked horrible like stained drink spillsI used to work for this subway and I can guarantee you I never let it looked like that regardless of how many people came in there is 2 people working and one Can stay up front and the other can cleanI felt uncomfortable the fact that it was dirty yes I’m hungry I’ll eat here regardless but I won’t be comingBack any time soonWheelchair accessibility: You should add a wheel chair acessablw chair at the front of the store so the line won’t be difficult to get in

The ambiance is the first thing you see when you walk in the store. Once you enter you smell freshly baked bread and chopped vegetables. We have been to this store several times. We always had wonderful experience. The Service is so good. The owner and other staff are patient and try to understand your wish and make the sandwich as per you choice. I was very happy every time I visited this place and would recommend it to anyone.

I only go to this subway.. the crew is amazing and the manager is always smiling and they are friendly. Food is amazing and the store is always clean....

Worst subway around food not made correctly , poor service, customer service sucks, they don't know how to take gift cards, for the most part of u can place an order somewhere else cuz they don't even answer their store phone either just completely unsatisfied with them I payed $30 for food I could have gotten out the trash can so to speak

While waiting for my mobile order, an black couple entered and placed their order. While their food was being prepared, they were joined by another couple. The second female asked the black worker if she could get the bathroom code. Rudely and loudly he said the bathroom could only be used by those who had already made a purchase. Her friend pipped up "she's with me, I've already ordered 2 sandwiches" and her male companion stated "we're about to order right now". He rudely and loudly then stated the bathroom could only be used by those whose order was complete. To which the group began stating that was "bull****" because... well... it is. Suddenly the employee rudely and loudly told the girl that because she was "disrespectful" she would have leave. And everyone in the store, including myself was like "WHAT"!? Even his co worker was looking at him. Then he said they ALL had to leave or he would call the cops. He picked up the phone and dialed! He started telling the cops these people were causing a disturbance and describing them even as they were leaving. I told the group I would wait for the cops and tell them they did nothing wrong but they made the choice to leave and avoid trouble. That's 4 customers lost. Food was half prepared even. Waste. If I had not made my purchase online and it was already paid, I would have left myself. When I got my food I asked if he was a manager ("No"), asked for the managers name ("Sandra"), when would she be there ("oh she won't be here today"), and finally for his name... which he YELLED AT ME "Bobby Odem B-O-B-B-Y-O-D-E-M". Honestly the last name could have been Odom but I was SO mad by that time I don't recall exactly. I told him I would be making a complaint and he did not seem to care at all... said *I* was now being disrespectful and that *I* needed to leave. I reminded him that I was a customer and my food had been paid for. He said "and here it is you need to leave or I'm calling the cops". I told him to go ahead and call I'd wait but I walked outside to cool off while I looked up the corporate number. While doing so, he FOLLOWED ME OUTSIDE to talk some more crap to me. I eat Subway several times a week (my mobile order was actually a sandwich for today and another for tomorrow). I will not be back to this franchise until this man is no longer employed there. I will be calling back FREQUENTLY until I reach the manager. I will go in, look for him and if he's there LOUDLY announce I can't eat there while he's employed. He lost them 4 customers today... I make 5. SANDRA IF YOU ARE READING THIS: FIRE BOBBY. And Bobby if you're reading this.... I WILL BE BACK. If you are there I will make sure your boss knows why I won't be a customer until you are not an employee.
