Nice place but not the best customer service. I walked in for a 6inch sub and the bread was not cut evenly so I ask for the whole foot long. The guy was rude for putting a long jalapeño stem in on of my sandwich. I could've choked if I didn't notice it. ??

My son is special needs and a employee in this store(Emmaline)gave him a hard time because he took to long in the bathroom. It was wrong of her to do what she did .And I am debating calling the ACLU. handicapped people ARE protected. This Subway is at 19th and Northern. I was shocked to learn he was treated so poorly...

Sandwiches prices are too high. When you ask for the toppings, they put very little on, same with the meat. Make sure to look real good at the meat because sometimes it doesn't look good. If you can go to a different location, then definitely do that.

Staff are super friendly. Parking's a bit wonky. Eating area has nice big windows overlooking the street, which is good for lighting and also is nice for people watching if you're trying to relax during a lunch break.

So I just stopped at thus subway and was met with negativity and bad attitude. Will never go to this subway again. Very bad 1st impression.

I was craving subway so badly so I figured this one's close to home let's try it. The manager there, Kim, is rude and not clean. Visibly. Same with the store. She rang me up wrong, and then when I asked for my receipt she refused and told Bobby (employee) to unplug the machine and if I wanted it I could wait for it to reboot in 15 minutes. All while not once did she wash her hands. I didn't even want my sun by the end of the transaction but there were people in line behind me and I had already made a scene with my receipt and being charged wrong. Personally I didn't eat my sun and would like a refund but how am I to do that when I DONT HAVE A RECEIPT. This 19th Ave and Northern location is terrible EVERYTIME I've gone in there I've had a problem. They've even been "out of bread" for more then a week before. Rude, not clean, unorganized, and not at all a location I'd ever refer someone to.
Unlike others, I Love their sub combos & raspberry cookies. Never had a bad sandwich!

The two guys working tonight we're extremely nice and very easy to talk to. Ww had an easy conversation while my sandwich was being made. I'll definitely be back to this location because of them. Thanks guys! From the girl with the "dry a$$ sandwich" ?

If I could give this place a 0 I would. So today at noon I went to subway Restaurant #12205 on n19th ave. and Northern to get me and my daughter-in-law lunch before I took her to work. every thing was going good except for the Manager that was making my sandwiches had gloves on but his mask was below his nose. And the female server had no gloves and no mask on. she went to get my Daughter-in-laws sandwiches out of the toaster. I asked her not to touch my food without proper safety measures. She proceeded pulling out the sandwiches even after I asked her twice not to touch our food without proper safety measures. the Manager said he would make the sandwiches again. the Female went in the back and put a mask on only up to her nose and then proceeded to tell me how many times she gets tested and that she checks her tempeture 3 times a day. I told her that I don't feel comfortable with her not using safety percussions while making our food. I ask for the manager only to find out it was the Male who made my sandwiches. I will never eat there again. it is against food safety regulations to not use gloves and masks.

Store was clean, service was nice, and everything tasted good. It's been almost 8 years since I've visited a Subway.. not bad. Had no complaints. I still enjoy other places better for subs and the prices, so I'll stick with them, but now if Subway is one of my only options, I'll definitely consider it.
