We order from here and it's always wrong. Pick it up, then have to go back for correction. Ridiculous. Defeats the purpose of ordering online, then get home and have to go back. $30 for 2 subs. Smh. Plus we tip $5.00.

I asked them to make me a steak & bacon sandwich with American cheese! the employee told me that what I asked for was a custom sandwich & that he was unable to make it because it wasn't something that was on the menu! The problem is that I've ordered the steak with bacon & American cheese for as long as I can remember! Right after that I went to the subway on 7th st & Glendale, & they( just like every other subway I've been to in the valley), had no problem with my order & even shared a laugh with me as I told them how the previous subway denied my request!

Christina charged me for 2 sandwiches and I only got roasted beef pepperoni and cheese nothing else my daughter is really picky 20 freaking dollars i called and asked why it was so high and she said subway automatically charges for the most expensive meat.......yea I will never come here again if you go on dunlap turn around because SUBWAY AINT IT

I usually come here to take just tuna in the bowl for scoops and get chatge like 5-6 bucks something like that today I went to buy the same thing and that guy tried to charge me over Bryce, which is $24 claiming you charge like a sub which is not correct I order just tuna in the bowl. Also the way he was talking to me he was unfriendly at all despite the issue I was like if you don’t want this you gotta go which not nice to say to customers. So I had to go to different store and get my order and I got the right price which is five bucks.

This location has gone so down hill I literally will be going out of my way to go to another location which is a shame because this location is a 3 minute drive from me. How a simple TOASTED turkey cheese Mayo lettuce sandwich can be messed up is mind blowing.

It's not even worth buying fast food with a coupon- minimum wage over $15 an hour means we're paying Cali prices. A veggie delite, NO meat, is over 10 bucks. The bread was so stale/hard it exploded into dust when I bit into it; half the baguette ended up all over my couch. And why are you still asking for a TIP when paying via credit card?!

Been coming To Subway for Year's. He was Also Being Rascit towards Some Black kids Telling The Other Co worker They can come in No More. They did not put double meat in my Italian sub. I ordered through the app to be picked up and used a free double meat coupon. The meat was the usual size, very disappointing experience.

The two male employees on duty at the time were not overly friendly and neither one seemed to know the menu. We ordered one Spicy Nacho Chicken Sub for $13.69 and one Beast Sub for $17.19. Both were very light on the meat. When I asked to add vegetables onto the sandwiches, I was told they only came with the veggies that were mentioned on the board. Neither of the employees knew how to make the sandwiches because they had to keep referring to the board for description. They referred to the board again, reading the veggies that came on the sandwich and insisted that nothing else came with it. Besides the meat on both sandwiches being extremely lite, both bread rolls were very dry. I was the only customer in the restaurant. We would not eat at this location again nor do we recommend anyone else eating there. In my opinion Subway is overrated and over priced for what you get. However, it's always been good for a quick on the go meal. This location may just be a poor link in the chain! I will definitely be patronizing a new sub sandwich shop in my future! My $34.00 was an absolute waste of money!
