I never been to a subway we’re all there trays are empty and dirty floor was disgusted the register was full of dust and trash all over the counter soda machine was dirty and it had mold . I had to trash my food after words I was disappointed and how dirty the restaurant look don’t order from this place or do any uber eats or dash where the food is placed for pick up is supper dirty

My Philly cheese sandwich was cold and sad. The steak meat was cold the cheese was not melted. A really good looking sandwich ended up costing me $13 and was upset stomach.

the girl name maria was super rude to me she looked like she was hungover and just down right disgusting and disrespectful to me, told me that if i wanted the sandwhich made right i should make it myself, genuinely where are they finding these people

Ordered in door dash asking for a turkey sub, when my sub arrived I came to find the sub was tuna instead. Either someone doesn’t know how to read or they don’t know what turkey looks like. What a disappointment.

I just spent my whole lunch break standing in line behind one person hearing the pink hair tweaker tell the lady I front of me she's just gunna make online orders because there's not enough room on the board for our orders. Thanks 12 hour shift 1 lunch break and now I get to wait 6 more hours to eat. Start drug testing people that are so visibly on drugs as the hiring process.

No greeting when walking in, was rude when taking my order I said hello and he stared at me and asked what he could get. Then I told him I had a coupon and he just stared at me. When checking out he did not apply the coupon discount.
Came to this subway out my are due to another one in my area was out of stock on multiple products.
But this subway was amazing! The workers were so friendly and accommodating in what you wanted and how much or making sure they took there time to make each sandwich keep in mind I had 4 foot longs.. when checking out is what I loved most, she asked if we had any coupons and I didn’t but she looked around to see if she had any she could use for me and I was so please just the time to take to do that!!

I’ve been going to subway for as long as I can remember starting with seafood and crab then to the tuna and finally to the steak sandwich with sweet onion sauce which is now discontinued sadly. It’s been my #1 comfort meal for years. I’m beyond disappointed with the amount of meat I opened my sandwich to today. $13 for basically nothing. Doesn’t even cover the bread by a mile. Not even a full layer. My vegetables (peppers and onions) are 4 to 5 each. I used to get this sandwich for $10 and it was bursting at the seams with deliciousness, I’m fine paying more with inflation if I get the same product…but I’m not even getting that. It’s sad to know subway has become another place you can’t count on to deliver their former quality, especially with the sentimental value attached to it. You’ve lost a lifetime customer. Cheers to what subway used to be.

I have never had a bad experience here. My food has always been great as expected. But today I ordered through the app and 2 out of my 3 subs were wrong. I went in and Ricky was immediately very apologetic, recognized the accident and quickly resolved it by correcting the order. He was very friendly and served with a smile. I appreciated his customer service and his friendly manners!
