Everything started well there were two workers, the guy was nice and great customer service. The girl was rude, was in such a hurry to finish my order where there was no one else behind me. She wanted to start with dressing when they always put the vegetables first. She got more upset since I ask to do veggies first and thou I have ask for mayo and she I told her I didn't wanted mayo. She started a new sub but with a bad attitude and didn't even toasted correctly.

It's a meh subway franchise location, the ingredients aren't always fresh and you can tell this by looking at the basil, but at least in the last couple months it's gotten better, still not perfect and of course it's still pretty expensive as it's a Subway, but it's not the worst one out there for sure

I got food from this location the workers were friendly but when I told Them there was bugs in the Tomatoes and requested for fresh ones they told me there was no more, which is understandable but did not remove the tomatoes and throw them away seeing that they were contaminated I think maybe this location needs education on cleanliness and how to handle contaminated food instead of leaving it there for other customers

Food is barely okay at best but the service is awful. I would avoid this location like the plague. Watched 2 employees tag team cursing a paying customer out with a store full of customers. I will NEVER come back to this location.
7/13/24 went here right before closing at 8:45 both employees where very friendly and kind would drive the 45 minutes just to have them serve me again.

Time to close this subway location. Since they wanna be ghetto about how they operate, not much surprise for south phoenix.
Says they close at 9:30, i walk up at 8:45 and the door is locked, employees wont pay attention to me. I placed an online order. The website said it wouldn’t accept orders after 9, it was 8:30. Placed the order and it was immediately cancelled. Manager or owners should be aware that their employees are closing early, on their own decision apparently. This has happened multiple times. And is why we cant never have nuthin good in tha hood ??♂️. Guess ill just go across the street to chipotle which is probably much better anyways.

I placed my order online. And once again I have learned my lesson from other subway locations in the area, to never do this! You need to watch them prepare your food or it will likely be done incorrectly, even if you tip ahead of time. Maybe they don't know I tipped? I got the wrong cheese on my sub so I had to peal sticky American cheese off my sub. My sub also was not toasted as requested. The online ordering system is very convenient but order accuracy is never ever correct for me. This is why I never go to subway anymore. I prefer to order online but if I can't get an accurate order probably never will go back again.
