The worker by the name of Patty (older lady) is always unpleasant. Even as customers (including myself) are polite towards her, SHE is always moody, very short and sharp tongued with customers and co-workers, she embarrasses her co-workers while they try to be hospitable to customers, and when she moves the sandwiches down she rudely tosses them aside. She should be fired.

Went into this particular location today at +/- 5:30 pm. to get a sub for my wife and myself to bring home after having a long day with no time to cook. Recently I have received several emails from subway advertising foot long subs for $6.99 with different instructions such as : order online , order online or in the store, order on the app etc.. . I went in to order 2 subs in the store because the online order method was not working. When the kid (male) asked me , “how can I help you”? I stated,” I want to order 2 subs , I need to show you the email from subway “ ( the email states to show the email in the store prior to ordering). I showed him the email and he read it. He stated, “ you can not order in the store “. I proceeded to show him the email 3 times and referenced to him exactly where and what is stated “ order online or IN THE STORE “ 3 times he repeated the same thing. He then asked a woman working there who wanted me to show her the email, I did several times and she said “ I can’t see it”. Each time I then turned the phone to me to order online while I am in the store. She got aggravated and said, “ get your phone out of my face!”. I then walked out. I will be reporting this to their corporate office. I can see how this could happen after reading all the negative reviews on this particular location. Follow up to my original complaint from 5 days ago: Roark Capital is the investment firm for Subway. I called them to complain and they said that I have to complete a form online which I did. It has been 5 days and I have not received any reply. I called Subway Corporate Office in Shelton . Ct. and they told me the same thing. I filed a complaint online with Subway , completed the form online 5 days ago. I have not received a reply. I most likely will not get a response from anybody. They don’t care. If they lose 4 out of 10 subway customers at every Subway franchise corporate and the investment firm still make millions.

Expensive for what you get. Not much meat and such. Mostly bread.
This location is very busy during lunchtime as you can imagine. The manager or at least I think she was a manager named Patty was super friendly and was paying attention to everybody around. She was training two new girls, taking customers orders, while also making people feel valued. There was a lady that called her a very negative name, and Patty handled it very professionally. She did not let it get to her and her service was great. Just wanted to give a shout out to her and the staff for being so friendly and positive, even though there are customers that are rude to them. Thank you for making me my delicious sandwich ! To the lady who walked in with the baby in the Lexus and parked in the handicap…. we all saw you and it was uncalled for. Remember these ladies are hardworking people and they deserve to be treated respectfully. At the end of the day you were the one who everyone called the negative word not the other way around.

Never, and I mean never, do they get an online order completely correct. Not sure how the simplest instructions that are put in front of them to reproduce can not be done. They irony that they then ask if you want to leave a tip on merchandise that you know is going to be wrong when you get home with it.
I suggest going to another Subway or to another sandwich franchise.

I went to this location the other evening for dinner. I went to use one of the coupons that subway sends you in the mail. The young man scanned the coupon and the system said error. The coupon was invalid and subway changed their system. So they weee no longer accepting the coupons that subway sends out.

The lady that works in the morning is very nice and accommodating.
Tried all four new subs. The Beast wasn't bad. The garlic aioli on the roast beef was surprisingly, the highlight. But, At the end of the day, they are still just subway sandwiches. Tomatoes were so wet they made everything soggy.

When I paid the teenager boy said I could get a $2 coupon if I was wearing pink underwear because of breast awareness month. Dah! That is in Oct. not Dec. I replied that's a personnel question. 3 teenage boys were working so I am sure I was part of a prank. I am 62 years old. I have met the manager many times and I am sure she will address the 3 boys. 12/26/23 is the day I was there. I have gone to this subway for years. I was very uncomfortable and do not want to return. Hey blonde you might be out of a job. HAHA!

I’ve lived by this subway for 19 years patty is by far the rudest person in that store I don’t care how many hours or sales she puts in she’s rude and gets all pissy when you don’t know the name of a sandwich like it’s our job to remember the name won’t be returning to that

I placed an order using the Subway app for a 6" Tuna at 11:30am. My order said it would be ready at 11:50am. I arrived to the location at 12:00pm and went to the order rack and my order wasn't there. I told them I was there for an order for Jim and confirmed the address displayed on the order on the app. Sarah the manager said she didn't have an order in her system for me. I pulled up the app and order on my phone which showed a status of "Received" on the very top and contained the order info. I handed my phone to the manager Sarah Hurtado. Instead of getting the order made quickly or offering a solution she simply said again I'm not sure why but I don't have it in my system. Since I had groceries in the car I needed to hurry and while I would've thought the logically solution would be to make the order fast and get me taken care of, that wasn't offered. I only had a 6" Tuna as my entire order. I was then forced to simply go home with no lunch because of my groceries. This transaction failed on multiple levels. BE BETTER SUBWAY!
