I’ve lived by this subway for 19 years patty is by far the rudest person in that store I don’t care how many hours or sales she puts in she’s rude and gets all pissy when you don’t know the name of a sandwich like it’s our job to remember the name won’t be returning to that

When I paid the teenager boy said I could get a $2 coupon if I was wearing pink underwear because of breast awareness month. Dah! That is in Oct. not Dec. I replied that's a personnel question. 3 teenage boys were working so I am sure I was part of a prank. I am 62 years old. I have met the manager many times and I am sure she will address the 3 boys. 12/26/23 is the day I was there. I have gone to this subway for years. I was very uncomfortable and do not want to return. Hey blonde you might be out of a job. HAHA!

I placed an order using the Subway app for a 6" Tuna at 11:30am. My order said it would be ready at 11:50am. I arrived to the location at 12:00pm and went to the order rack and my order wasn't there. I told them I was there for an order for Jim and confirmed the address displayed on the order on the app. Sarah the manager said she didn't have an order in her system for me. I pulled up the app and order on my phone which showed a status of "Received" on the very top and contained the order info. I handed my phone to the manager Sarah Hurtado. Instead of getting the order made quickly or offering a solution she simply said again I'm not sure why but I don't have it in my system. Since I had groceries in the car I needed to hurry and while I would've thought the logically solution would be to make the order fast and get me taken care of, that wasn't offered. I only had a 6" Tuna as my entire order. I was then forced to simply go home with no lunch because of my groceries. This transaction failed on multiple levels. BE BETTER SUBWAY!

My sandwich sucked , it was overcooked and soggy before i even got home. I've bought sandwiches from a different subway before and didn't have near the experience i did with this one. Workers RUDE , food GROSS , and was the lobby so dirty! Is wasn't even busy and the whole lobby & drink center was a mess ; walking into i was greeted with a teenager on their phone. Horrible experience i don't recommend, and it was a waste of $23 , it was SHIT...

Tried all four new subs. The Beast wasn't bad. The garlic aioli on the roast beef was surprisingly, the highlight. But, At the end of the day, they are still just subway sandwiches. Tomatoes were so wet they made everything soggy.Plus the older lady who is always there is as nasty as nasty can be. The younger workers were all very nice and doing their best.

Ordered food from here and they somehow didn’t get my ordered yet I was charged and all the employees told me was sorry never got the food or my money back such a great place if you don’t want food but want to lose money

I decided to get a sandwich at Subway. The young lady was very helpful. The young man was another story. She took my order but the man fill it out for me. The was a problem. I am hard of hearing so telling him was very hard. I couldn't hear him because the music was blaring in the background. I have to repeat to him several times what I wanted on it. Then when I was done he tried to fold it and wrap it up. He might at well just toss it in the bag. I also confuse him when paying with cash. I didn't give him the exact, but I gave him paper and coins. He took the money and then I was waiting for paper change. He close the till and gave my the sandwich and the receipt, but not the paper money. I then asked why I not getting my change? His face was like a deer looking in the headlights. I final got it. Even looking at the cash registrar saying how much change I should get back he didn't do it.

We showed up at 8:25 and by time we sat down to eat there was 20 min before closing. We sat down and the manager sent an associate to tell us we had 20min to eat because they were closing. After 10min another associate was sent to us to tell us we only had a few minutes before they close. I have never been so rushed eating at a business. When the closing time shows 9 usually that means last order, and most customer friendly business will still let you enjoy your meal. At 9:00 the manager stood at the door looking at us, so we got up and left. The manager just stared at us, didn’t say anything as they wait to lock the door. This location needs a new manager!

The girl that made my sandwich today was such a sweetheart, with smile on her face (which is rare at Subways) and provided excellent customer service. Too bad I didn't get her name. One of the best subways so far in the town. Thank you!

This place has the worst employees. When ordering for delivery we never get our drink. It happens EVERY TIME. when we try to call and get the drink delivered they say they can't but will give free drink next time, but they don't write it down and you never get it. Customer service here sucks.

My boyfriend and I mobile ordered our sandwiches separately. When we got there, only one was made because the second receipt did not print so they had to make it in the spot. Drive to our friends house about 15-20 minutes away and open up the sandwich and it was made completely wrong. We called and the manager would not refund us and we had to drive back only for it to remade or we were stuck with the wrong sandwich. Never had a problem at any other subway. It shouldn’t be hard to give decent customer service.
