I am absolutely disgusted. I went in for lunch & as I see the girl behind the counter handling CASH with the customer in front of me she decided to wipe her sweaty face with the same gloves she’s been wearing then continues to make my food with those same gloves continuously wiping her sweaty face & hair. I saw that & walked out. I’m completely disgusted of this place.

Very attentive, my sandwich was made just how I wanted it, she asked me before adding each item. Special labeled my sandwich so I can tell the difference between me and my sons sandwich. Great service! Great sandwich!

There was only 1 person behind the counter. He was not able to keep up, apparently 2 people had called out. The store was very busy. When help finally arrived I had already been waiting for 20 mins. The couple in front of me got half off their order due to the long wait.
I waited another 10 mins before getting the attention of the employee. He said he wasn't going to charge me for the order because of the long wait time. He didn't tell the cashier about the discount and disappeared to the back
I was charged full price for my order. I was disappointed and felt he wasn't being honest with me.
I don't have a problem paying for goods and service. But don't tell me your going to do something and then don't follow through.

Nasty. Place is filthy. Veggies behind counter are all mixed together with sauces and crumbs. Sick. The bread was hard and crusty. We paid $31 for a footlong and a kids sandwich??? No itemized receipt. Would highly recommend against. We will not be back.

Most are quick to review bad service. Tonight Kayla worked her butt off. The other employee called out sick and Kayla was left alone. Between walk ins, call ahead orders, online orders she handled it all with grace and humor! You have a great employee with Kayla! She killed it tonight. And those of us in line were amazed watching her work!!!

Went in (one person. One sandwich) at 8:32 pm. They said they were closing.
I get not wanting to serve customers right before closing, but this was almost 30 minutes before closing. Terrible customer service
