There was only 1 person behind the counter. He was not able to keep up, apparently 2 people had called out. The store was very busy. When help finally arrived I had already been waiting for 20 mins. The couple in front of me got half off their order due to the long wait.
I waited another 10 mins before getting the attention of the employee. He said he wasn't going to charge me for the order because of the long wait time. He didn't tell the cashier about the discount and disappeared to the back
I was charged full price for my order. I was disappointed and felt he wasn't being honest with me.
I don't have a problem paying for goods and service. But don't tell me your going to do something and then don't follow through.

Nasty. Place is filthy. Veggies behind counter are all mixed together with sauces and crumbs. Sick. The bread was hard and crusty. We paid $31 for a footlong and a kids sandwich??? No itemized receipt. Would highly recommend against. We will not be back.

Most are quick to review bad service. Tonight Kayla worked her butt off. The other employee called out sick and Kayla was left alone. Between walk ins, call ahead orders, online orders she handled it all with grace and humor! You have a great employee with Kayla! She killed it tonight. And those of us in line were amazed watching her work!!!

Went in (one person. One sandwich) at 8:32 pm. They said they were closing.
I get not wanting to serve customers right before closing, but this was almost 30 minutes before closing. Terrible customer service

15$ for a footlong that had nothing in it and the other one was old and stale asked for cheese dipping sauce we got some random fluid taste funny it seems all the fast food in this small area is bad or horrible customer service pretty said that jack in the crack is the best service and quality by carefree hwy

As I sit, waiting in the parking lot for my wife to order a sandwich for herself (dogs are in the car). I counted 6 mobile orders in a row come through AND being made prior to them serving the people already in line at the store. Keep in mind these mobile orders were submitted after the line developed.

If this is how subway is conducting business in 2024 then they deserve the downfall they’ve put themselves in.

Update: they can’t fold sandwiches properly either.

I have always enjoyed Subway but my most recent experience was most disappointing. The sandwiches have gotten smaller and most disappointing is they added 20% to my charge without telling me. I will not be back.

Ordered the buy one get one free sub. Ordered extra lettuce, didn't receive, ordered toasted bread, wasn't done. Ordered specific cheese, sandwich didn't have ANY cheese. Tomato was sliced so thin and only included 2 slices in a foot long sub. Free sub lol. Stars were for the great pretzels which is the only item I would order again.

Great experience at subway which is rare because they have good quality of food and service. They have a self checkout kiosk and the servers are also very sweet and careful in making your sandwich/bowl

When I walked in, nobody ever says hello to you they just stand there and look at you. I told them I placed the order online and he looked at my paper and made my sandwiches with the bad vegetable look at the picture.
