When I walked in, nobody ever says hello to you they just stand there and look at you. I told them I placed the order online and he looked at my paper and made my sandwiches with the bad vegetable look at the picture.

$10+ for a veggie. No vet discount like other shops (I asked). So very expensive now. Still better than the popular alternative in the same parking lot around the corner.

It was clean and the one lady knew what she was doing and doing the best she could with one young man to train and a dozen people in line. But the have her take online orders before the people who have been waiting for quite a while was frustrating and insulting. I waited at least 20 minutes and to finally get to the front only to have an order come in for several sandwiches to be prepared before me was more than I could handle I had to leave like so many others that walked in and out because of the wait. Really sad for the store and maddening for me

I ordered two footlong subs both bread loaves were over cooked and hard to eat and very skimpy on the meat. All special instructions were followed so subs were made as ordered they were just very over cooked or over toasted and not much meat on either sub.

I visit this subway often. It never fails to amaze me that even though I see ovens to bake bread, my sub roll is consistently stale and dried out which ruins my sandwich. The rest of the sandwich...veggies...meats ...dressings are good & the store is clean. I might mention that I seem to often encounter stale bread at other subway locations also. Maybe Subway's system for roll production is just bad. Jersey Mikes rolls are consistently fresh.

Giving this location 1 star would be considered a bit much. Employee seemed to not want to provide service, to start off as i entered the employee standing at the front of the line sees me walk in, doesn't acknowledge me just goes hides in the back, doesn't great upon entrance nor when he returned! when making a steak sandwich employee was not using adequate measurements because he was half scooping using a small scoop on a footlong steak and egg.. i felt embarrassed to point that out so i asked for double meat knowing it was an extra fee. Employee then proceeds to place sandwich in the oven and runs it 2x to the point that the sandwich came out burnt black, while the sandwich is in the oven he is going back and forth to the register not washing his hands and kept wiping them on his clothes. At this point i ask if it is possible to re make the sandwich to where he then gave attitude about and proceeded to start on making a new sandwich except this time scooping even less meet into the sandwich than before. I asked the employee for his name to where he said it was "robert" but i wouldn't be able to confirm because he wasn't wearing a name tag Poor service at this location.
