And that's for the day shift ,,, they are always friendly and nice went for the 1st time in the evening and the woman there wasn't nice at all and threw my sub together messy sloppy almost walked away but I was hungry on a lunch break and didn't want to drive elsewhere but no I will never go there at night unless I see someone else besides her is working

Im tired, of trying to get in touch with-A dang, manager, for this store: 1515 E Buckeye Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85007, ive tried, 1-too many times, and quite personally, im starting to think They Dont Care, so letme start by saying: i live in immediate area, not that, this should matter; But i go to:Subway, quite Often, and Im tired, of getting told-one-thing all for it, to be another! Bottom-line; Your Sandwhich makers, be overcharging, and getting away with it, So 03/31/25, i go in there, to get hubby and i dinner, guess, what happens? You guessed-it same thing, that used-to-happen; I get overcharged, for same-two subs, i always, get like; $27.78-Over charged, for Same two-subs, i always, get, We are tired, of it, you always, be allowing, or your employees just get away, with it, i had $30/to my name, but this doesn’t excuse, what she did, and im tired, of it, Something, needs to be said/and done, you say something, to employees, and what do they do!? Look at you, stupid/or dumbfounded, it’s seriously; BS, and i will take it as high up, as necessary, its wrong. So my point, my subs, might’ve been, maybe $15-17-in total i had my Subway, rewards, ad everything, but, this employee, who proceeds, to lie, says; oh, well, your 4-points, away, from $2-off, lying-yeah, im not, gonna say, it, but needless, to say, my points, were in 500-range, that would’ve been enough, $4.00-off, but no, she proceeds, to take off 10%, telling me its her, employee, discount-again, she lied! Anyhow, im not, gonna be satisfied until, a store-manager, contacts, me, and attempts, to correct or fix, its wrong! And, quite personally, your store, BY THE AIRPORT BEING 15th-St/Buckeye, Has folks, hustling, customers, for highest, charge, its not-ok!
My family, works, just as hard, for what we have but, seriously we will stop going to SUBWAY, period, why!? Tired of nonsense, tired, of 1-minute, charged-correctly, next minute-you, got employee, and its always, on night-time-shift, that does, what thinks they got you sized, up so they over-charge you, with a smile!! Nope not, doing this with you, Subway+I do believe your price gouging, that’s terrible! I know, everyone has to make a living, but, not like that, at all! Wrong/again, i will find out who to report this-to, and wont stop, why?? Because its wrong!! And, my family, and i in long run, hurt or double-charged, for something we could’ve gotten/should’ve, gotten two meals, out of! Anyhow, i wish subway, the best, but your night-time, yes some during the day, because this happened previously before, over-charge, with a smile, ive worked, Previously where-they are; Maybe NOT Subway, but my point, you dont do people, like this, especially good-loyal-customers, love coming, and eating your food! Its BS, seriously, i expect an answer-back, too! Otherwise im telling everyone about, this messed up, expensive over charged-experience! Period! Its wrong, and seriously you all have a responsibility to stop-it! As store-manager’s/or franchise owners, stop the overcharging/price gouging, period!! If you had zero stars that's what the 2 women would get for Customer Service today. Rude!!! Why do these people work in customer service?!? They should work behind the scenes well they don't have to worry about people. Not helpful and sarcasm rules here at the Shell gas station Subway.

I just ordered Subway on subway app he only bring me my Subway sandwich and drink my chips was missing in the driver how to open McDonald's bag in the back seat that driver is stealing people's food my name is Jason and I am not happy with this Subway over $15 for $6.99 Subway meal for delivery in the delivery driver is stealing people's order I didn't get my gatorade bottle that I ordered

My order was served by 999997 on 1/10/25 from location 1515 E buckeye Rd Phoenix AZ 85034 time of my order was 4:08:08pm this person needs to be fired my meal was $16 on a $6.99 meal deal term ID-trans# 1/XA-1032006 I will make sure he gets fired the delivery driver said no Gatorade so he knew I was supposed to have Gatorade I only got fountain drink Gatorade instead of my bottle

The people at this location are UGLY (meaning their attitudes) they never smile, they roll eyes at you, they can't even make a sandwich how you want it like it doesn’t take a college degree to make one but apparently you do. Worst location so far they need better customer service.

Late this evening I went into subway to get a small salad I was not pleased with the serving I got half the size of the small bowl for the amount I paid for was 10$ not Kool at all I ordered a salad not a skinny salad

The food and service here is spot on! Clean and fresh all around! The only down side is the gas station the restaurant is in. The attendants over on their end were rude and almost harassing my husband and I to hurry up and leave. We both work construction and so we were a little dusty. But we were eating outside!
