I had made an online order of two sandwiches adding up to $32.26. Upon picking them up and taking a couple of bites we realized that they were completely wrong. The wrong one was toasted, the toppings which I paid extra for were on the wrong sandwich and some were just missing, the toppings that are supposed to be included were missing as well as all of the dressing choices. We went back to see what could be done about it to which we were met with a very clearly high employee denying to accommodate a refund or even to just remake them properly. He was also refusing to give any contact information for any type of manager so we could resolve the issue. He was being incredibly rude and uncooperative. He said his name was Devin but he wasn’t wearing a name tag so not sure if that’s entirely accurate. Now almost an hour later we finally have the food.

just went in to buy a 3.81 large drink and was charged 6 dollars because i handed this chubby curly haired clerk 3 in cash on the pin pad he rung me up for 3 dollars and not .81 cents and then went to charge me on the pin pad .81 cents i didnt have it in my bank account and i tried telling him the issue he said to just take the cup and took my cash never going again horrible store

I order here often but this last time I mobile ordered i was given a 6 inch when it was supposed to be a foot long, my GF picked it up so I didn't notice until I got home from work, I called them and said I'd be down in 10 min, when I got there i gave them the 6 inch which wasn't open in case they thought i was pulling some stupid scam and waited until I realized they were ignoring me, they seemed annoyed and gave me a head nod when my sandwich was finished and walked away, they wasted my time and couldn't even be nice when I came back

Zamn it all to oblivion, I wasn't even starving but when I finally took a bite and eated me Sammie I was astonished. I was so eager I got to eat it I forgot photo... Take my order, it was the number 20... toasted... with lettuce and a BIT of tomato...then jalapeño and black olive mix stuff... It was so scrum
I only did think that it was silly to have a locked bathroom like Subway is making a ton of money lill bro so my point is let the people pee
My family and I are here today, Tuesday, at 6:12 pm, and I want to tell you that the two people who serve us are the best!! They have a super friendly attitude and strive to provide the best service! Take care of those employees!! They're worth their weight in gold!

I've been going to this location for years and this has to be the best Subway thanks to people like Lyndah. She's super friendly and always makes sure her customers are happy. She and her team are great and I will continue to go because of her great service.
