It's a basic sandwich shop. Most flavors feel like they were dialed in at some sort of sandwich lab to appeal to a broad swath of people.
As far as Subway shop goes, it's as good as any. Stars given are how this Subway compares to other Subways I've gone to.

This was a footlong spicy Italian with onion, spinach, and jalapeño. It was 11.29 before tax This is not a sandwich worth $12

Came into this location the other evening to pick up an online order. I expected to pick up all three drinks expect one drink was not in stock. The associate working behind the counter was very rude and gave extreme attitude when addressing the situation. She smacked the counter and tapped her fingers. She also kept saying it was not her problem when I asked where the drink was that I had ordered. I told her I expected to get the drink I had ordered and did not receive it. She was an older Hispanic lady. She was very unpleasant and unprofessional. The sandwiches were also very soggy and sloppy.

Not only has subway gotten really expensive, but they cannot even make that up in customer service. The person who severed me keep asking me to repeat myself & got my order wrong because they had their earbuds in both ears.

I knew they would bring back that $6.99 Meal of the Day. It was just a matter of time like myself complaining about it while other restaurants or fast food places have their budget menu. Subway didn't have one! Even if you do a footlong Meal of the Day for $3 more, it's still a deal!

The service was great 👍 I was greeted when I arrived and the person that helped me was very friendly 😊. This is why I would pass up the subway that's closer to me for friendly service 🙂

Manager, Louis had the place shining and was a sight for sore eyes after visiting the subway train wreck at Ray & 48th Street. This subway at Elliott and 48th St. is a showplace with wonderful employees and delicious food.
