so i don’t understand why everytime i order from you guys online nothings right. my orders simple but yall cant even get the right bread… you put one slice of turkey and no cheese then load it up with lettuce… what is this
We frequent this subway a lot, seeing as how it's close to our house. The quality and service has taken a massive advantage steady nose drive the last 6 months.
Case in point - foot long nacho thingy. Burnt and I couldn't add/substitute anything? I just wanted some black olive on it, and would have gladly paid a bit more, but was adamantly told 'no'. Makes me sad.
They are always out of fresh vegetables. To-day I went to get a sub, the signs of Open was not turned on and we got confused, whether it is open or not. After entering the store, I requested to turn on the sign of Open, Mickey the name she gave me was very rude and even after leaving the store she dint turn on the Open sign. . Very poor service of the staff today at 8:20 pm
I always order with double meat on my sandwich’s, I never get it when I order online, it hasn’t happened once. Your employees don’t pay attention to online orders or what is supposed to go on them, it has happened way too many times, I’m wasting money by this point
Came an hour before closing, was told the lobby is closed so I have to take my food to go (other people were sitting and eating). Another time I came an hour before closing the guy says they aren’t taking orders because the machine is down. Same guy. Hope the owners are paying attention, as he’s turning customers away. Other family members have had similar experiences here with the same employee.
Guy didn't even ask what cheese I wan it he put whatever he wan it n put 2 peaces of ham n one turkey for only half of a 6 inch sandwich

Worse Customer Service EVERRRRR ! Don’t come here sandwiches are not made right and Manager not willing to work out his Mistakes or his Employees Mistakes .
Online order supposed to be ready at 9 PM waited 15 mins for TWO sandwiches that were already opened and sitting on the counter . No other customers came in during the entire 15 mins .
Got Sandwiches and cheese was not melted at all , we asked for toasted Sandwiches . Asked nicely for Two new sandwiches and she said yes but they would have to take the sandwiches back , I told her nicely she isn’t taking the sandwiches because she wasted my time and now another 15 mins is gonna be wasted for TWO more sandwiches which would then make it 30 mins after it was supposed to be done at 9 PM .
She said no and that I could speak to the manager , I did get a little loud because I was upset but then spoke to the manager after she told HER side of the story and he said that’s not how his business works and that they would just throw the sandwiches away and make new ones .
Makes perfect sense dude , Pretty sure this Place is Owner Operated you know how they can be No good Customer Service .
Left with a refund because employee no longer wanted to make the sandwiches because she got “ Yelled “ at . Still didn’t even want to give us the messed up sandwiches after all that mess .
Horrible management. Please save your money go somewhere else .

There is barley any meat on my sandwich. After he took it out of the oven, before the veggies went on there was literally 2 tiny slices of meat. I can’t even taste the meat after all the bread and lettuce. Not coming here again. Also I show up in the morning and it is never open in time. The last time a police officer warned me that they weren’t open yet. Don’t go here. Waste of money

So really there is only one worker here that I absolutely love. She is so sweet and actually cares about the customers. She genuinely wants us to have a good experience. Me and my wife actually really love Lexi. @subways she deserves a raise

This really doesnt have to do with to much of the staff at the store except to say that they refuse to answer the phone, you can clearly tell they where sending all calls to VM the more you called. Also the subway website just sucks you know what, its so slow to manipulate, hard to find info after you ordered. I dont think I'll be ordering from subway again.
When the owner makes your sandwich, it's behind a counter where you can't see the portion of meats. Mostly all bread and veggies. Couple slices of meat. We will never go back. What happened to larger portions as advertised.
