So sorry about our experience here is. This was always our favorite Subway on our way home from doctor visits It seemed like it was really a bad day to eat h HerAs the bread was not good taste is And the very old Bread. Added to the sandwich Was supposed to be a honey mustard. You're hot like horse, Radish The meat was supposed to be Beef ? Question Mand another?. When ask the worker there? He was very rude and said. What am I supposed to do about it?. I certainly am very disappoit in subways. Will certainly go to another sandwich shop. Subway better get better employees or you will have no business for very long.. I have heard other reports on this place and they are very Bad. No I will go try to find Another sandwich shop.something decent to eat. As I have a bad stomach. It try to eat this garbage.. Tasting Food,

Similar to someone else on here, came over at 8:50 pm. Door was locked. Employees did not let me in even though it said, on the door, that the store closes at 9 pm. Going to complain to management about this, and I'm definitely not going there again

If I could give this place negative stars I would. My wife and I were just assaulted by an employee. Police were called and charges have been filed. When we drove past the place after getting our dinner someplace better, that employee was still working there. I want to speak with this store owner because I need them to explain how assaulting a customer isn’t grounds for immediate termination.Edit: 3 weeks later that employee is still there. Unbelievable. I thought just maybe the store owner wanted to review the tape or something first, which is why it wasn’t immediate, but no. Apparently this store owner is so desperate for workers that they will even allow employees to assault customers, and keep working there. I am furious. I have lived in this city for 27 years, and do you know how many times someone has assaulted me or my family while getting dinner? The answer should be zero, but thanks to this store it has happened. The email the manager sent my wife was practically insulting, not once did they apologize for what happened to her at their store, but they thanked her for bringing it to their attention… why? So they could do absolutely nothing? What an incredibly scummy store.

Quality of food is poor - vegetables look like been sitting out all day brown lettuce, my cucumbers were soggy and discolored. I have been going to this location the past year and never satisfied... I now go the extra mile away to getting better

really wanted Subway tonight so I looked up subway near me said it closes at 9 PM. I got there at 8:45 and the door was locked and refused to let me in to order. Says right on the door that they close at 9 o'clock not 8:45 not 8:59. 9.00 you can guarantee I will never come to the store again.

I haven't been to Subway in at least 8 years and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the same owner owns the subway and another one on Union Hills. Everything was easy and they made great sandwiches and they were friendly and quick and I highly recommend that you stop by for in the mood for Subway

My sandwich was magnificent. That woman put her heart and soul into making it and I appreciate her. I can't find her name on my receipt but she had a septum piercing. I ordered on the app and she had it ready way before it said it was going to be. I ordered and drove five minutes away to pick it up. I usually go to another location but it feels like they make my sandwich in slow motion and it's never ready on time. The ingredients for a fresh, even though I ordered 45 minutes before close. Thank you!

We were welcomed in by a nice gentleman. But then down the line making the sandwich stands an old grumpy lady that looks like she hates her life. She is bothered she has to wait, so I can look and decide what type of subs I’d like. I start naming what is like and how but now she can’t keep up. She is making the sub now, we get to the veggies I tell her what I’d like I go in order as they have them on display but then I say avocado and she scoffs and looks so bothered I didn’t say that before the lettuce. Then she reaches for the cucumber and she there with her mouth open breathing so close to my sub (she is a bit short) but use some things to reach don’t put your face so close to my sub. I ask if cookies come included with the extra meats. She answers so quickly and rudely, NO we don’t that here but with an attitude. When she was closing up my sub and slicing it she did it such a bad job all the filling was coming out. Anyways old lady don’t work in customer service if you can’t or don’t want to deal with people. Ugly

Black Turtleneck

It’s a crying shame I can’t go to subway without being overwhelmed by cigarette smoke and odors. The two employees regular sit out front of the store (less than 6’ from the entrance, I might add) and puff cigarettes as if they were sponsored by Marlboro Reds.I have ZERO issue with taking a smoke break, but when it interferes with customers entering the business- I would hope management takes appropriate action.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE the old lady with red hair SHAME on her for giving such horrible customer service. i went in to buy a couple sandwiches for our family, there was a lady in front of me she left to the restroom so i started ordering, both guys in there today 04/20/2023 SUPER NICE. anyways the customer came out of the restroom and got mad because i was order "too many sandwiches" so the redhead started asking me "ARE YOU GOING TO ORDER MORE SANDWICHES " in a super mean way. i said no . then the red head tells the next customers " how many sandwiches do you want tell me now so we dont have to be in THAT situation" refering to me. it made me feel so mad like i just went to get sandwiches what is up with this lady.
