Absolutely not worth it. Any time I try ordering delivery my order gets so messed up I am UNABLE to eat it. I have dietary restrictions due to health issues. Not something that should HAVE to be said but every single time my order has been messed up and I just wasted money on what I wad hoping to be a treat. I order food without certain things, the instructions are clear but they still give me additions that cause me massive flair and keep me in bed because of their lack of competent employees

First and last time I order from this subway. I ordered a Spicy Italian and when the employee made a mistake by adding an ingredient I didn't request, they removed everything and just continued the process. I told him it was fine and to leave it as it is. I couldn't see him removing everything because I was already at the register. I come home and it's just bread with a few cold cuts. Are you kidding me?

the people that work in that store do not change their gloves the make sandwiches over and over wearing the same gloves they ring up items on the cash register without changing their gloves nd go back to continue making sandwiches a worker was asked to change their gloves and tgey responded “what for” these wirkers went to the back got food touched their clothes rubbed their forehead and still made sandwiches with the same gloves on….alot of cross food contamination…if you want to get sick this is the perfect place to do so

A customer had to show them on the pos system how to charge EBT cause the worker said he wasn't trained at all or even saw his manager not once , he said Jess was acting manager not sure but what I saw was a disaster dirty under

We ordered for delivery. Delivery was great driver did fantastic. As for the team members at subway at metro center absolutely horrible. I called to verify that both sandwiches were going to be toasted the guy that answered told me you know when you toast the Flatbread it becomes bad and crumbles. Actually it's the opposite. Not only that just got our sandwiches hardly anything in them felt like half a sandwich and they were not toasted. sandwiches were only filled in the middle ends were empty. dry as well when someone orders oil vinegar and mayo that sandwich should not be DRY!!! BEYOND DISAPPOINTING WHEN YOU SPEND THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY WANT FOR A SANDWICH I WANT A HEARTY SANDWICH.
They refused my order saying they were out of this and that. But really they just didn't want to serve me because I'm black. Racist sandwich shop.

Came to this subway on 12/6 around 6pm and the manager who took my order was amazing !! He was friendy yet professional, he joked around and was respectful, he made my husband and I a great sandwich and asked all the proper questions. He was also training at the same time and seemed kind and helpful with the employee. 10/10 recommend this location !!

I understand I have a weird order and not many people know how to ring it up but I’ve never had an issue at this location until today the man that served me asked what I wanted and I told him what I usually order “ a foot-long on Italian herb and cheese bread, but it’s only going to be tomato mayonnaise, salt, and pepper” and he proceeds to put 8 of the smallest slices of tomatoes I have ever seen on the bread 2 lines of Mayo and 2 dashes of salt and pepper and after he gets done making it he asks what people usually ring it up as because it an unusual order I understand and I tell him honestly “a veggie sub but because it’s not a whole veggie sub it’s usually discounted a little” AND HE PROCEEDS TO CHARGE ME $9 FOR BREAD TOMATOES MAYO AND SALT AND PEPPER
