I used to go to subway a lot and I came in tonight (1/24) for the first time in a while and I had the best costumer experience I have ever gotten! Gavin was very kind and funny and made my experience the best I have ever had at a fast food store ever! Thank you to Gavin for the hospitality.

people aren't giving this location it's due diligence. it's Subway so you can't compare it to the other sandwich places. however this is the cleanest and most renovated subway I have ever been to. the staff was super nice, so if I lived in this area I definitely would come back again.

I think Subway is improving since it's getting alot of competition from Jersey Mike's and Jimmy Johns. They have several new sub types. I chose "THE BEAST" since the sub artist told me it has the most meat...and I was not disappointed!It was huge and enough for 2 meals. A client gave me a gift card and I was happy it covered the cost which would have been over $20 with chips and drink.The guy making my sub was friendly and professional and fast...there was no line.As usual, I don't like the dining areas at Subways; so I walked back to Starbucks across the parking lot and enjoyed my "BEAST" there.Recommended above average Subway.

Worst sandwiches I have ever purchased from a subway. The bread was so hard I could only eat it with the bottom half. Why would you sell a customer a sandwich with hard bread??

Second time the screw up my order by not adding the proper items and ommiting the sides completely. It's not hard to follow instructions and make a sandwich.

Just visited this location and the gentlemen making the sandwiches were super polite and helpful. One man was the manager and the other was a younger man named Caleb.They did an excellent job and our sandwiches were delicious.(My comment below this one has absolutely nothing to do with the two Men who helped me with my order today.)Great service here. Just be cautious that your Credit Card information isn't stolen when using the Subway App. The last time I ordered from the subway app someone in Chicago Illinois was able to use my account and credit card to purchase themselves a Foot long Steak & Cheese. I logged into my account today and saw that whoever it was had entered their phone number, I called it but it was disconnected....

I went in to order a tuna wrap, the lettuce was brown, the tomatoes were soggy, cucumbers ok. The girl was ok who made it, just doing a job, then a guy appeared to ring me up and said $10.85, I took my card out to tap on the pay machine I held it there for a few seconds and then took it away, the guy turned around and walked away and then the girl appeared and said oh try it again it didn't go through, so I did and then I looked down when I took it away and it said $13.02! I said wait a minute it just charged me 1302 she said no it didn't it charge you 1085 she took the receipt and stuffed it into the bag with my wrap and handed it to me and I left I went to go eat my wrap and I pulled out to the receipt to find out that I was charged a $2.17 tip which I did not authorize so I decided to go back a different lady was there now and I asked her to look at my receipt and I was charged a tip she wouldn't even look at it and she said you authorized it I said no I did not it was supposed to be 1085 she goes well we don't have anything to do with the machines you touch the button you pushed it I said no I did not I did not authorize a tip she goes well yes you did I said no I did not and she goes well sorry we're not in charge of those things and just blankly sat there and stared at me and I said well this is wrong!! and I turned around and walked out. I feel as though as I was scammed and at least the lady could have at least been sympathetic at all or said I am so sorry, nothing! I would like to call the owner on this one and speak with him directly to see what kind of business he is running because if he is running a business like this it! is called theft and your food sucks

Overpriced for a tuna wrap, the lettuce was brown, the tomatoes were soggy, the cucumbers were ok, and then when i went to check out, it was $10.85, I put my card up to the reader, after a couple seconds, the guy who was ringing me up, walked away, then a girl walked up and said, oh, do it again, it did not read your card.. so I did, then it showed $13.02! I said, wait, you said $10.85!, she said, yes, its $10.85. I got my wrap and she put the receipt in the bag with the wrap. After I started eating my wrap, which was very bland.. I saw my receipt and I was charged $2.17 for a TIP, that I did not authorize! I went back in and a different girl was at the front, I explained to her that I did not authorize it, and she said, we don't have anything to do with the machine, you hit the button, I said, no I did not, calmly. She looked at me and said, sorry can't do anything about it, you did it. I will NEVER ever go back again!! I feel as though I was scammed out of my $2.17 for making me a wrap, seriously? I hope you guys end up getting reported for theft, and scamming people out of a tip that they do not authorize. I will report to the owners of this franchise.

This subway is so nice! It has a very modern vibe, clean setting and the staff was fabulous! Only one person was behind the counter when we came in, but the other two staff working came out to help and were super friendly. They joked and laughed with us as we made our sandwiches. The portions were good, didn't have to ask for extra. We had a wonderful, quick experience here. Thank you for excellent customer service and friendly staff. 10/10 stars!
