If I could give this Subway location ZERO stars, I absolutely would. I ordered a cheese pizza through the Subway app, drove all the way there, and when I arrived they casually told me they had NO pizzas. I asked for a 6-inch sub instead—same price, same value—and they refused. I asked for a simple gift card so I could at least get my $7 back, and they refused that too. No food. No refund. No store credit. NOTHING. I was completely scammed.

This is blatant FRAUD.

On top of that, the employee I dealt with (wearing a mask and hiding behind it) was the rudest, most disrespectful worker I have ever encountered. He offered zero help, zero solutions, and zero professionalism. I demand to speak to the store manager about this situation, and I expect that employee to be held accountable for his disgusting behavior.

I wasted my time, gas, and money. I will NEVER return to this Subway again. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

Accidentally somehow order the wrong sub on the app but in my note specifically said TUNA extra toasted with giardinera. You would think the employee might reach out if no tuna was ordered and toasted wasn't selected right ?

Never go to this place.
I have been an employee for 8 months here. Never missed a day. Never been late.
Last week 7-31 my shift ended at 3:00.
No one responded to my texts. No one showed up. So i closed the doors and left the key with manager of dollar store next door.

They just let me go today 8-6.
I wish I had more pictures of the water some of these coworkers wash the dishes in.
This location is the only one in the whole company that got a 78 rating. Not an A like all the others.
First picture is meatball left out overnight. Again.
Second picture is dirty sanitizer water. Picture that. The sanitizer. Think of how the dishwater looks every day when I’m not there to change it.

I loveeee this subway and all the employees they have are so nice! Today was a bit different experience. A guy was let go and I gotta say that was probably a GREAT decision to do so. He doesn’t not belong in customer service. Screaming and cussing and throwing things around on his way out then came in again running his mouth. The customers and other staff members should not have had to deal with or witness the horrible display of character that man has, didn’t catch his name but did snap a few pics. I have a voice recording but unable to really hear everything that was going on.

I ordered bacon eggs and chease sandwich on Italian herbs and cheese bread. First i didn't get bread i ordered they didn't put bacon and cheas inside sandwich they put vegetables i didn't order . I don't know what is the purpose of it. So unprofessional so disrespectful.

Good was not prepared correctly and I even called after adding notes to the order. Cookies that were a thank you for someone was stale and hard as rocks. The sandwich was shops to be toasted and hot filling but it wasn't. The cheese was not melted and was not in any way what was ordered. $35 wasted!

I asked for a tuna and the girl look in hurry talking to her boyfriend or something, she finished doikg my Tina sandwich at 8 :18 and she asked me that they are closing, the closing time is 9 o'clock even though she didn't put my food in a back or a basket and turns her away that by the little girl with glasses that happens at Sunday March 10 2024
