The veggies looked really old and wilted. I usually add lettuce but it was brownish and the tomatoes were wilted. My sandwich did not look like the picture, but a Subway issue at all stores. Online it says Subway is open and they were closed. Thankfully there is a Panera near by.

Unfortunately I had to rate two stars because I came to get a sandwich and the employees there let me know they're closed until 11am on Sunday. I wish that was on Google :( I give it an extra star because the employees were nice about it.

I came in and ordered a Hotshot Italiano sandwich. Everything was fine until it came to the veggies. I asked for whatever came on the sandwich per the recipe but no tomatoes. The employee proceeded to put every single veggie on the sandwich even when I tried to tell them after the second thing that's not what I wanted and was completely ignored.
They also did such a horrible job wrapping the sandwich that it exploded the toppings everywhere when I unwrapped it, causing a massive mess. The veggies were also wilted and tasted stale like they were a day old. Not at all worth the extreme price for a very mid sandwich.
Can't even reach them by phone to complain.

Paid for 3 subs. 2 were fine. Last one was classic turkey sub, only it didn't come with avocado or bacon even though we paid for both. Not going here again especially since I am paying for all the extras and getting none.

Usually, my experience here is good because I’m a frequent visitor to the Subway at Central, as I live downtown. Yesterday, I went in with my friend, greeted the worker Charlie, and he rolled his eyes at me big time. He then said, ‘I don’t even have my name badge on’ With an attitude. However, he didn’t need it because I always go there and recognize him by him taking my orders. I thought it would have been more formal and polite to greet me before I ordered my veggies. Extremely poor customer service. 😬😬Why work in a service job if you’re going to roll your eyes at guests when they’re speaking directly to you?
