Paid for 3 subs. 2 were fine. Last one was classic turkey sub, only it didn't come with avocado or bacon even though we paid for both. Not going here again especially since I am paying for all the extras and getting none.

Usually, my experience here is good because I’m a frequent visitor to the Subway at Central, as I live downtown. Yesterday, I went in with my friend, greeted the worker Charlie, and he rolled his eyes at me big time. He then said, ‘I don’t even have my name badge on’ With an attitude. However, he didn’t need it because I always go there and recognize him by him taking my orders. I thought it would have been more formal and polite to greet me before I ordered my veggies. Extremely poor customer service. 😬😬Why work in a service job if you’re going to roll your eyes at guests when they’re speaking directly to you?

Cheap owner that won’t participate in national coupons, go touch grass. Youre a subway, not a premium deli. No one is trying to pay $12+ for an average subway sandwich. You fast food joints need to remember where you came from.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! ??? The girls are rude that make the sandwiches plus the ingredients are old and bad. NOT FRESH AT ALL!

Went to go pick up an online order and the process went by smoothly and quick. The ladies in the back were such a big help with making sure I got all the extra condiments I needed and didn't miss the extra chips and drinks that was ordered. I will be going back soon.

Jackie was great! She fixed my sandwich with love.
Came here with my wife and son on Tuesday March 5th just before 7pm. The two women behind the counter seemed annoyed that we were there. The one who made our sandwiches had attitude and was acting like were taking up too much of her time. Even my son asking for a cookie bothered her visibly... By far the rudest subway I've been to. These employees must have just come from Popeyes...

This is definitely one of the better Subways! However, for some reason, they never seem to add enough red wine vinegar on my sandwiches, even when I hit 'more' on the app.Also, for the first time, the server asked to see my app order on my phone first, before I can have my sandwich.... I guess this is not a bad thing since they just want to make sure that it is you, & not someone coming in off the street. ?
